Running accelerates the degeneration in the joints and spine. Better to do something that's less stressful on them such as walking, swimming, rowing, etc. Same health benefits.
Fish today have way too many toxins to be beneficial. Fatty fish are the worst. Most are grown and/or processed in very polluted third-world countries. Even the ones caught here are shipped over there for processing. Better to get DHA from farm-raised alge. This may not be as good of a source, but at least the toxin level is a tiny fraction of what is found in fish.

I expected to be cured after 1 week of fasting! Took 6 months to see major changes It will be a year come feb 2023. I am 90% cured. Then every couple months the signal them to come and feed.
After two years when feeding they drop a giant dome net over them and finish them off with omega 3 nutrients.they introduce shellfish into the environment to filter the excrement so farmers benefit from selling the shellfish as well.
So when fish are caught in the wild they may be farm raised as well.

THIS is why I'm as close to a keto diet as I can manage... not weight loss. The difference between the IF and Keto combination, and eating a "regular" diet with snacks, can be the difference between being able to work at an interesting & challenging job, versus sitting in front of the TV, unemployed but exhausted, wondering what on earth I'm supposed to be doing.

There are a lot of b vitamins that aren’t available in a supplement. Liver has them all.
People don’t eat liver that much any more but it is a great resource for health.

Liver is a good source of Vitamin K as well...we need K to transport the calcified calcium deposits from the artery to the bones!!

Loved liver as a kid but hadn't had it for 40 years because of bogus claims about it. I started having it once or twice a month last year and really love it. And, chicken liver is really cheap. The only thing to remember is that if you're prone to getting gout, watch your intake. I am and won't have it more than once a week. Liver and eggs, awesome. Throw in some mushrooms and you've got one nutritious keto meal.

THANK YOU DR. BERG, You affirm everything I FEEL!! I Wish you had a network of practionerss to refer people to inordervto BEST HEAL!
Typical allopathic doctors have NONE OF THIS KIND OF INFORMATION.
ITS So SAD FOR THe country thats supposed to be so advanced!?!
I have a friend who teaches GAPS, so I'll probably start with that, but most people donever get the right care , including myself.
Another suggestion... (this is my personal experience), the correlations with psychology and emotional issues, soooo completely connected!
Side note, I went on your website to apply for a job, but was deterred by the requirements for a video, that's not right, especially these days. I did not apply.
I hope you keep doing this work for people, SOOOO MUCH NEED
P.S. YOUR SENSE OF HUMOR MAKES ME SMILE ☺

Lithium Orotate: 1mg for Alzheimer Diease, for many people 5-10mg is enough, but for Antiaging and brain cellule growth 10mg three times a day. Mood improves, calms anxiety and above all anger and aggression.
Without any side effects, lithium in the blood remains almost undetectable.
Lithium orotate very different from lithium carbonate. More powerful at derisive dosages, it easily crosses the brain barrier. At the appropriate dosage, about 50-60mg of pure lithium in the orotated form, for Bipolar Disorder, can replace lithium carbonate. Ask your doctor to replace it with lithium carbonate.

I remember when he would actually engage with his subscribers and viewership. The larger is base gets, the more potential ad rev generated the less time he actually responds to people. Total Catch 22
