I would've replaced the manifolds - banks has a nice kit for these. I've seen a couple of videos where people just weld onto the bolt and then weld a nut to it - seems pretty straight forward. Good job either way. How's that JB weld holding up? Has it spring a leak back? I wonder how JB weld holds up to extreme heat like that.

It's got an aluminum block on the V10 Triton You should be able to Weld a nut to it without the Weld sticking to the aluminum
