When you mention that the Elvis penthouse was at the 2nd highest part of the building, that is incorrect. The suite was built on top of the hotel and would be at the level of the top row of windows (now called the Sky Villas).
I remember seeing Estelle brown one of the sweet insperations at the Wolverhampton civic she was at an Elvis tribute show she still had an amazing voice me and my mom also saw darlin tomkins from the film blue Hawaii she came to me and my mom when we were at the heartbreak hotel in Memphis she thought she new my mom from somewhere I know what you mean nick anything Elvis Presley is so surreal great video as always well done 👍
Some incorrect information there...Elvis suite did not have a view to the front of the hotel. The 30th floor facing the front of the hotel was a night club, Elvis suite was at the rear.
