I think vecna “the new baddie is actually billy. I think the mind flayer took billy after killing him and is using his body to create a physical form. Because the tentacles attached to vecna at the end is the same way billy died in season 3. And Billy’s relationship with max probably has something to do with max levitating in the trailer.
