the visor does hit my glasses when down and you are right it stops a little high and you see the bottom of it but beats changing to sunglasses! Awesome helmet and in 2021 its a sweet deal!
Hi Wayne, Its Ok. I ride an electric bike as well and I do struggle at high speeds to talk to people on the Headset. And I am talking higher speeds than your meant to go! Around the 100klms an hour its OK.
just take out the liner, and start cutting where your ears are in the helmet with a knife. be easy on it tho. I did it on the LS2, and works really well. measure twice, cut once!
Hi, very interested in this helmet, but do you have any problems having MX style goggles fitting the helmet? I have read a few reviews saying it doesn't work. Cheers ,Sam
@@AdventureRidingTV I have since bought the helmet & worn it on trip from Tassie to Cape York & loved it. I bought youth mx goggles which worked great with the helmet, way nicer to use then just visor in dusty conditions. FYI I use a small, so can get away with the smaller framed goggles, unsure how well it would work for bigger noggins!
Well i live in Australia and i just bought the same helmet. The visor does fog from condensation during summer, just from heavy breathing. I usually ride with my visor slightly cracked to allow additional airflow, its a great tip if you're getting a little warm but need the protection of a visor. Also the inner cheek pads are detachable and can be washed, i haven't attempted to detach the head liner yet, however i wouldnt be suprised if it could be detached also. The ventilation on the helmet is sub par, at least for Australian standards. However when compared to other dual sport helmets around the same price point, the ventilation on this helmet is actually pretty good, in theory... There are two large vents on the top of the helmet that can be closed, and a large mouth vent. Both do a reasonable job at venting the helmet, however ventilation is still lacking on those hot stuffy days. Keep in mind the helmet is a Dual sport helmet, and not a motocross helmet so ventilation will always be lacking to keep out the weather and keep down the noise. Altogether i would highly recommend you purchase this helmet, it is the best helmet on the market for its price and features. Hope this helped.
I love this helmet since I can attach my bluetooth intercom, GoPro , put my sunglasses and the looks are awesome.. BUT. Am I the only one it gives headaches after 60km/h? The wind is batshit loud after this point when visor is closed. Since I'm in Brittany (France) and it's fall, I need to close it often. Rainy and cold. Cheers
Thanks for the review, I couldn’t find many others so comprehensive in English. Cheers mate
Glad I could help

How did you intercom speakers go mounting, did they already have recesses ?
the inner lining and chick pads are removable?and how about the air flow in hot heather?the sizes are true fit?i have read it a bit smaller
Its quite wind from outside?
Does It have a hole for intercom system?
Will this helmet take a Sena or any other helmet comm system?
Looking to purchase, but just wondering on a dusty road or trail does the dust get by the shield? Thank in advance!
Is the outside shell really made of Fiber Glass? It's listed on their website, very weird for this price range.
I thought it was a Thermoplastic shell. I don't think its fibreglass.
This video was invaluable, i bought one myself and im very pleased.
Hi. I know you posted this a while ago. Just wondering how it handles at high speed. Loud? Thanks

how were you able to fit sena speakers in it, there are no pockets on the sides

Hey i know my comment is late but when you close it don't full close leave a little space, it works for me
Good review!
Is it recommend to avoid speeds above 100 kmh? Most dual sports helmets hurt your neck muscles at these speeds.
Thanks pro
Excellent question. I hope it's answered by someone who really knows the breed.
I can't find any information on helmet weight, do you know how much it weighs?
1650g

Hi Sam, I don't wear googles so I don't know. Pretty confident it wouldn't work to well.

New inner lining is available to buy, so yes you should be to remove and wash them
I run Muc-Off antifog to stop this. www.mx1australia.com.au
