Am I allowed to disagree? ECDE teachers I believe should be paid more, based on what this gentleman has said. The work that they teachers do, especially considering experience of a child in a learning institution cannot be compared even to a standard 2 pupil. I believe based on observation, they do a lot more work than primary and secondary combined, I can even add..........let me stop there. Good day

You cannot equete ECD with Secondary School graduates this unless time spent in education and training is equal.
