1st movie: amazing and probably nostalgic + technology 2nd movie: just as good as the 1st movie, still a cat villian but cats and dogs team up + technology 3rd movie: ... can someone get the flamethrower to burn this?
@@SpaceXfan2005 its like the villians in the 3rd were just basic plain old animals. Barely a threat ot anything special and so it felt bland and boring. The villians felt more like a joke. And basically did nothing actually deadly. I hate how the final movie felt like a disappointment. Kitty galore was definitely a threatening villian with the motive of revenge after losing everything to where the cats and dogs agencies had to team up. Kitty galore was even hired 2 mercenaries to kill the protagonists. And at one point was going to drown Catherine and diggs. Kitty galore also made a robot cat assistant called Paws to help in her plans. Mr tinkles was also quite threatening. His first trap was a bomb to kill lou. He first hired ninjas to use stealth. And then since that failed he hired a mercenary to break into the basement and probably also get lou and butch killed in the process. He fired a ton of people in a factory just to use it as a base of operations, he kidnaps the brody family and apart of his plan was to litterally KILL them. Ofcourse it failed mainly because of his sidekick failing to buy a real gun.
There should be a prequel to the first movie where they explore Butch and Ivy, their history, how they met, and why Mr. Tinkles was so bent on taking over the world. What if there was a dog villain who was once part of Dog HQ’s elite team of agents but suddenly got a case of rabies and went rogue, bit every cat he saw, including Mr. Tinkles’ mom. That would be a great movie. I’d pay good money to see that.

Even then, there was a hint in this film that Mr Tinkles is still living, even if most cats don’t live that long, there’ve been a few that lived past 30. I’d still prefer to just retcon Cats and Dogs 3 out, and go back to 2010 to continue from where 2 left off.

The third movie looks cheaper than the second film. It looks like one of those movies you'll find at a dollar store or netflix, and doesn't live up to the franchise.
They probably thought that straight to video it wouldn't matter. Of course it just makes them look lazy and a bad story and characters makes it worse. Hoodwinked had terrible animation but a clever story and funny characters.

why couldn't the film been about a dog name Dylan who cares for cats (since its in his bio i made) about him being in a loving home with his owner with a cat name Tates who grew as siblings but Tates went missing, and is on a journey to find Tates after his family move away after Dylan went outside. he starts the film by saving the cat by pretending to be a dog capturure to save the cats live but distrusted him cause of him being a dog, and the main plot is about a clan of Cats & Dogs who are basically a mafia group trying to make each other bad to make one side being good, and the P.A.W.S hires him for the rival gang insident and halfway to the film he finds out his cat sibling is on the Cat Mafia. any opinion if anyones has more to add to this idea go for it im open
3:44 I'm just suprised he's not playing a character that at least _resembles_ a gorilla because he seems to keep getting typecasted even _before_ Beast Wars (with the aforementioned TMNT Next Mutation character being a yeti) I mean, even Captain Pounder from Rollbots kind of looks like a gorilla with his large base body and those oversized forearms and feet of his.

Okay I would have changed the plot of having Mr.Tinkles create a alliance with The Other pets has minions to hlep get revenge on cats&dogs where it would hlep the other pets have a chance to get adopted maybe instead of the human story concept has background maybe the pets of the apartment have to work together already become the field agents of the story while we get glimpses of there humans where maybe they think they are missing and work together to find there pets when the kids work together they make each other life a bit better
Andrew Lazar one of the Producers of the first Movie was also involved in Part 2&3. The only one who was involved in the whole Trilogy. A Hero Ladies and Gentlemans.
Oh and of course the movie throws shade at reptiles.........'cause it's not like they're already needlessly hated................. Seriously, there needs to be less animal hate in general, regardless as to whether it's cats, reptiles, etc.
I was disappointed the third didn't bring back the old characters from the two prequels to the third film. I like the first Cats & Dogs movie, the second Cats & Dogs movie was boring imo but still loved it.

Just look at the voice cast for the Ratatouille mockbuster, Ratatoing. I never thought I'd say this in my life, but ironically Boomer Collie has a very small point. While technology is about as evil as knife. It can't do anything by itself and It's up to a person and how they use It. But almost every tech/game/software company I know, are so desperate to release new things fast and ditch any support to the old, even though they are often higher in quality and please almost everyone as opposed to the "charts" and so many of them could ask they user what they want as opposed to trying to guess or force their ideas on us. Still this movie is pretty much as bad as Pets United and I understand and agree everyone who are upset as well.

Why not have a Cats and Dogs movie, either continuing the story of the second sequel? Or if you wanted to go original, how about have a dog or cat spy with heir human owner tagging alone? And if you wanted to keep it modern, how about the owner is a video blogger who makes activity videos with his dog which therefore makes the organisation pick the dog with he human tagged along to track down any strange activities - spy camera stuff?
Man these villains are just awful, Pedro’s motives are there but just feels like he’s going all over the place and giving us a surprise with zeke didn’t really make it any better At least tinkles and kitty were decent villains that made me smile, but Pedro and zeke just don’t live up the those two

13:20 fav part of movie. But I away think it a bit odd and mean to lock random people in there. And who knew talking is able to hold that thing. Hope talking could heal covid, lol. But next part just getting stranger. And after watching this vid, I keep thinking it a very creepy movie but still good. Not creepy joke just what they do and talk about. And if not yet try reaction to woody woodpecker. Best single base animal movie and show ever. 20:16 lime that creepy clip.

Why not have a Cats and Dogs movie, either continuing the story of the second sequel? Or if you wanted to go original, how about have a dog or cat spy with heir human owner tagging alone? And if you wanted to keep it modern, how about the owner is a video blogger who makes activity videos with his dog which therefore makes the organisation pick the dog with he human tagged along to track down any strange activities - spy camera stuff?

Man these villains are just awful, Pedro’s motives are there but just feels like he’s going all over the place and giving us a surprise with zeke didn’t really make it any better
At least tinkles and kitty were decent villains that made me smile, but Pedro and zeke just don’t live up the those two
Lol I guess since the movies aren’t crapping on cats anymore, they needed some new animal species to paint in a negative light. Though to be fair the movie might not be implying all reptiles are evil (just a handful), but for some reason fish are given no respect and are treated as a joke and “not a real pet”.
im about to purchase the second one, not watching the 3rd one though, i made a joke once about if they made a modern one and made a laptop for dogs, and the movie poster clearly shows one.
