I just wish they made a scene explaining it rather than us guessing it.
I remember seeing this at the movies, and I actually liked it. Sure it misuses cats as protagonists or antagonists, but it's much better than the first cats and dogs movie.

Right they are different breeds and I know the difference between those breeds and Persians are fluffy cats and they don't like outside and the heat like bulldogs they don't like the heat and sphinx cats are mean and ugly and they don't like being washed by their owners. Persians are indoor cats and a fancy popular animal. You can cut a persian fur and they will look like lions and Persians are lion cats.

Kitty Galore wanted to make all dogs aggressive by playing a disc: the call of the wild, and the frequency causes them to be wild, too wild that their owners will disown them. She did all that all because she was abandoned by her owners right after she fell into a chemical that caused all her hair to fall out. The dogs and cats worked together to thwart her plan, and there was an HQ called Meows that kitty galore used to work for before going rouge. And the ending was what got me mad from Mr. Tinkles calling them, telling them about his revenge since they still had to deal with him after they thwarted his plan to make the whole world allergic to dogs. That was some cliff hanger I must say. I should watch the third movie.
And I didn’t recognize Lou before when I watched the film and I didn’t think he would be working at HQ cause I know he stopped being a spy to spend time with his family after foiling Tinkles’ plan since ya know he was more of a family dog than a spy. So thanks for clearing that up.
Because I think what happened is the Brody Family(Lou family) probably got older and I think that's lou is a spy but I will say this that Lou said his bitch is at the groomers and I think that brody family still around.

Mr Tinkles’ plan is to save the cat leader from imprisonment, but the big twist is that the cat leader is the good guy, and the real bad guy is the evil dogs that fooled the other dogs.
