Great product, simple design and easy to use especially when you consider depending on the injury needs to be in place for 4-8 weeks. Not bulky and is waterproof. Yes costly if bought one at a time but a kit is only slightly more, the only down side is if you need to make micro adjustments you need a heat gun.

I have mallet finger on my middle digit and been wearing a size 8 for about a week and a half now. For the most part i do not even realize i have it on but might be a bad thing. I am getting a pretty deep groove on the top side of the end knuckle right where the top side splint rests. My concern is if the groove is going to effect how well my tendon heals. But i am also working the same as i did before injury and my job requires lots and lots of grabbing. And from time to time muscle memory takes over and i end up trying to grab at that end knuckle splint prevents the bend but i can feel lots of strain in my finger from the reaction. I am getting better for the most part but from time to time when new issues arrive i will slip up and try using my finger as normal only to feel the strain again. From all i have read it always talks about how we can go on about our normal routines but grabbing as much as i do is not a normal routine for most people. And can the added strain be the same as if i did bend the finger and delay healing?
Should also add that a size 9 would be way to big and a seven is a tad tight. Also if the splint was looser my finger would be in a dropped position.

Just found out these types of products exist. I have CP but the Swan-Necking I have has gotten worse since an injury ten years ago. These are an awesome idea. I'm looking more towards the metal ones since they'd last longer but I'm commenting mainly to say thank you for offering this! Definitely will get some of these also.

I have used one for 2 weeks, I just got the one size cause im a cheap bastard, but If cold an loose i just wrapped some extra athletic tape around loose plastic part. Or electric tape but good product for sure
