@@ElliotHuff That's a good hike, and great job shooting and editing. If you're back in that area, try the Matanuska Peak trail or the Pioneer Ridge trail. Those are really fun too.
Heyyyyy thankz for the video! One of the better alaska hiking videos i found! Espescially because uren hiking in winter conditions! I have allot of questions! What time of year was this? Was thee any avalanche danger?
Hi! Thanks for watching! This was in the first week of June. Most of the snow in lower areas had melted but this area is known to have a lot of snowfall that takes a long time to melt. For the most part, there didn't seem to be any danger of avalanches but there could possibly be snow slides from water underneath the snowpack rushing. Thanks for the comment!
