    The Jew also named Ben had the confidence enough to exercise his freedom of speech without having to worry one iota of being physically attacked during, or after his questioning of Ben. Could a conservative have that confidence at a progressive event? This is the biggest reason I lean right now.

      My gender is mark croydon. I am the only human who is of this gender.
      The government is openly discriminating against me as it is not providing a bathroom in government buildings for my gender.
      I demand that all government buildings be retrofitted with bathrooms for the mark croydon gender.
      The defining characteristic of my gender is that I am the only human alive who is of this gender. If anyone else claims to be of the same gender as me, then I instantly change my gender and the government is now discriminating against that gender.
      This is perfectly logical as I am told that gender is how a person 'feels', not tied to biology, is on a spectrum and is fluid.
      I demand to be perpetually paid by the government for their constant and unavoidable discrimination against me.

      One of the most misunderstood topics is free speech. In a private space, there are usually rules that prohibit certain types of speech, either expressly stated or implicitly assumed.
      For example, at Grandma's funeral, you might not want to tell a story about the pros and cons of masturbation because it would be considered inappropriate, so you self-censor. Similarly, you may not be permitted to discuss child porn with minors in a social setting. As a result, speech is constrained by context. That is precisely why some areas are designated as public squares, with maximum freedom to allow people to express their resentment.

    Having been a Son who had a Father who treated him more like an employee instead of his Son, I was absolutely TERRIFIED to become a Father myself. I fought it all the way until my Son was born and it was like a wall had been torn down in me with his little cry. I was the first person to hold him, to bathe him, too feed him everything, the Wife was still recovering, complications with the C-section.
    I now how two Son's whom I'm so very proud of and I praise their every effort, be it a Lego Master Piece or the best looking stick figure. That doesn't mean I don't give them criticism and I am teaching them that it's okay and healthy to lose. A loser learns a lesson in their own Loss. A Winner learns nothing.
    Don't be ashamed to Lose, it makes you tougher and prepares you for the day you DO Win.
    Whenever my Son's tell me that they want to be exactly like me, I will always smile, pick them up and tell them I want them to be BETTER than me.
    It costs nothing to encourage your children. Mine didn't encourage me, but the Military helped me with my confidence and it turned out that my Dad knew I was going in the service so he cut himself off from me, emotionally, to help me deal with years and years of isolation in the service.

      @@Lebi-xn2ur, thank you, I appreciate it. I'm a single Father and have turned down numerous dates with Women who felt they were more important than my own children and were shocked when I would stand up and leave, never explaining anything past, "My Son's mean more to me than a flimsy date."
      Hell, I said no to my high school GF whom met up with me after 15 years, set a date up that HAPPENED to take place on my youngest Son's birthday (his, mine and hers were all in a row, within a week of each other) and she KNEW the plan was family during the day, cake, party and food, then a bath and tucked into bed at Grandma's house then myself and her would go out that night. Even had a fancy reservation. So when I was cleaned up, hair all done up, trimmed my beard and my best clothes on, I messaged her saying I was on my way when she responded with a don't bother.
      I asked why and she REALLY believed that I would just pawn my kids off on Grandma and Grandpa and spend the next 24 hrs with her, like I would when we were teens. She was then shocked when I LAUGHED at her, told her she was not worth more than my kids and if that was how she was gonna behave, she wasn't worth a single second more of my time. She has since reached out to me, my parents, my sister, fellow Marines whom she guessed if I worked around them all to get me to tell her to F-off and so did everyone she contacted. They all told her the same thing.

      When ever a teacher shared something of themselves it was always due to outside interests. Like a hockey team like or owning a dog. Most teachers never brought their personal lives into the classroom. They wore business attire (suit, shirt and tie or blouse and dress). They steered any attempt to derail the class subject matter back on topic. Select few shared any personal matters in class and those that did tied these blurbs of personal info directly to the lesson to make understanding relatable.
      Personal preferences, sexual orientation, group affiliations or political leanings were not something in our classrooms from the 80s to mid 90s. We were kids. We were there to learn and grow. We were not there to be indoctrinated by any teachers personal issues.

    • @joshbull623
      @joshbull623 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It isn't even accurate, youtube has changed what the U.N. said so people think it is exclusively a human caused problem. The actual text of the first sentence is "Climate change refers to long-term shifts in temperatures and weather patterns. These shifts may be natural, such as through variations in the solar cycle. But since the 1800s, human activities have been the main driver of climate change, primarily due to burning fossil fuels like coal, oil and gas." -U.N. Which specifies it can and has occurred naturally and that even though it states humands are the main driving force today, we are not the only force, which is an important distinction from youtubes narrative.
      But nowhere on the page does it say "Climate change refers to long-term shifts in temperatures and weather patterns, mainly caused by human activities, especially the burning of fossil fuels."-youtube which as you can read just means human activity, specifically fossil fuel burning is the only reason for climate change.

    • @tonycatman
      @tonycatman 2 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      You are playing with definitions, which is far less important than the thing that is being defined.
      There is a mindset which seeks to persuade people that they are victims in order that the convincer can be the champion of the cause. The activists feel enobled when they adopt this mindset, and are extremely poor at listening to the arguments against their position.
      If the word is more important than what it defines, then let's use "SJW" instead.
      Those who adopt the SJW mindset, when they do find a just or valid cause, invariably undermine it with their unreasonableness, and are more interested in finding an oppressor than solving problems.
      As an example, the BLM activists who destroyed property or intimidated individuals. Do you think that they did their cause any good ?
      Or another example : climate activists. I joined Greenpeace in 1985, and have only ever voted for one party, regardless of what country I have been in. The climate activists have opened my cause to ridicule.
      I could go on, but if you want to adopt the approach of the guy in this video - it is clear that he cares more about winning an argument than doing anything useful. If you want to join him in arguing about definitions - you are on the wrong side of history.

    I love the little climate change warning bar trying to tell everyone the planet isn’t naturally going to keep increasing in temperature until another massive event causes everything to freeze again. There was a reason the earth was at its greenest and warmest during the dinosaurs and then all of a sudden everything got cold and plants died out. The planet has been trying to get back to that level ever since, but volcanos and meteors keep dropping it back down. Humans may even speed up the warming process but our planet is heading there because it is the natural state.

      Jay: I agree, but a rational stance on the climate change issue will just get us cancelled by the Woke Generation that is ruled by their feelings.. There is just too much geological evidence that we are at the end of an "Ice Age' and that world-wide temperatures will increase regardless of human input.

    • @oconnellc2112
      @oconnellc2112 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      That sorta sucks for humans don't you think? Most of the current human population will be underwater when we get back to that 'natural state'. Don't you think humans doing things that accelerate that is a bad idea?

      @@oconnellc2112 most studies show that the rise in the ocean will not really be drastic and it will take hundreds to thousands of years of rising to be finished. So 10 inches of rise over a thousand years. In that time it is almost guaranteed to have one of the super volcanos erupt or another major meteor will strike causing another major shift to an ice age.

      Drives me crazy that they keep pushing climate change when this video is unrelated to climate change. Of course the climate is changing but these people are crazy because we need fossil fuels. We can try to find alternatives but right now, fossil fuels are needed.

Lately, the world is chaotic and disturbed. If parents don’t teach their children then there are MILLIONS OF PEOPLE that will gladly mold those babies into a REALLY CONVOLUTED society that will continue to manipulate their minds to SEE “Only”what they want them to see.
