Easier if you would try free yourself fm place and time. Literally, envision yourself in another epoch, another era, and ‘check’ what you would (most certainly) be doing while then and there..

In his book,"The Laws of Human Nature", Robert Greene talks about two forms of comparisons namely:
    1. DOWNWARD COMPARISON and
    2. UPWARD COMPARISON
One is negative and the other is positive. He encourages us to always practise downward comparison. Those who have it worse than us. "There are always plenty of people to use for such a comparison. They live in harsher environments, deal with more threats to their lives, and have deeper levels of insecurity about the future. You can even look at friends who have it much worse than you. This should stimulate not only empathy for the many who have less but also greater gratitude for what you actually possess."

If comparison makes you feel not good enough, try viewing it this way.
You can't know every aspect of someone's mind and life as well as you know your own. So you're comparing the whole of yourself to your perception of just a few factors and qualities of the other person's life. So take the other person out of the equation, because it's not actually about them, it's about those things they have that you might want. When you remove the other person from the comparison, you remove that feeling of being less than and not good enough, and you can just isolate those few life factors they have that triggered the comparison in you, and decide if they're things you really want. If they are then take action to get them, if you can't then you can learn to accept that. But viewing comparison in this way allows to you figure out and go after those things in life that you might want, without feeling inferior to someone else.
This really helped me, I hope it helps you too. I've got a couple of videos about this on my channel but I've put most of the important stuff in this comment if you don't wanna watch a whole video 🙂

It actually is even worst when you’re comparing yourself to people who has it all, I found myself a lot of times looking at people who were able to achieve great success in early ages and can’t stop asking how can they have it and still get more everyday and when I actually try to get back to myself and tell my self that our circumstances and environment were completely different, it still doesn’t help much and yet hurts a lot but it’s the only way through ans one thing comparing yourself to other has to teach you, it should be to accept yourself completely the soonest

This is incredible accurate as to how I feel. For as long as I can remember I've always compared myself to others and that sucked the joy out of everything. I focused on the negative and couldn't steer my inner dialogue in a positive way. My interests became a staple of my own inadequacies while highlighting other peoples abilities and aptitudes. This created a feedback loop of anxiety and depression and ultimately made me a recluse spending most of my time just sitting at home scrolling the internet. Over time I lost the sense of actually knowing myself whilst being very self aware of my flaws. It's a little better now, it takes time to to change your mindset but it's gonna be ok.

Anytime I have compared myself to other people, I have felt less than. Until I realized that the only person I should compare myself to, is the person I was yesterday. No matter what you compare, you will always find someone richer, better looking than you, has a nicer car, has a better (fill in the blanks). And it's totally pointless. When I began focusing on the idea of going to bed better than I woke up, basically making sure that throughout day I do things that make a better version than the one who woke up that morning, then life really began to change for me. Focus on you and your own progress. Run your own marathon! 🏃‍♂🏃🏃‍♀
