Thank you!! And yeah, so often overlooked because everyone just thinks how can I get as much energy as possible for this session etc but we also need to recover and rebuild to be strong across the disciplines 💪🏼💪🏼 pasta is a 3x per week staple haha
Thank you! I work from home so it definitley makes fitting training in much easier. I also do most of my training from home, so cuts out a lot of travelling. If I had to travel for work, I'd probably do any double sessions/longer sessions at the weekend and keep the week with just single sessions or I'd take my kit with me and stop by the gym or pool en route home x

Great videos, keep it up, do you go to school or work? As I am wondering on how to increase my distance but I work out of the house everyday.
