It's triathlon off-season which means some fun races and a bit of something different. I've only ever done doubles at Hyrox so thought it was time to do it alone! Ironman Portugal didn't go how I wanted it to, and whilst that hurts, I learnt a lot in the race. I think it was one ask too far for my body this season. A positive to take from this race was that I proved how much of a resilient human I am. I'll cover more in the race review, but for now, enjoy the video! laurabardsley
