    Dear Ryan,
    First , let me thank you for all your videos and contributions to the spiritual science of astrology.
    I appreciate you sharing your thoughts in the intricacies of astrology. The various systems in use do make it a challenge to decide on which is most accurate. Your explanation of why different dasha systems still yield accurate results is convincing. However, ayanamshas seem another matter altogether. It is hard to call astrology a science if you can use any zodiac or ayanamsha you prefer. Not to mention all the various house systems. In my opinion, if all zodiacs, ayanamshas and house systems work, then astrology is more psychic intuition than science. I think both are necessary as it is a spiritual science. But until we can definitively narrow down some of these systems or learn how to reproduce their results consistently, I struggle with the idea that all systems are correct.
    Also, while I agree a person should not get too excited when they experience conflicting readings, each astrologer should be able to explain why their reading is different from another astrologers. It may not be wise to seek too many opinions on one's chart, however, there may be a value in a second opinion, especially regarding compatibility analysis. Even with a doctor it is not uncommon to get a second opinion. I believe astrologers should be open to explaining why their reading may differ from what another astrologer says. This seems especially critical when you have so may systems in use. It makes it harder for the astrologer to explain themselves but I think that should be part of the service. In spiritual matters it seems too often that astrologers default to their teacher or guru or tradition and do not question their foundations. That is why I like you and Ernst, because you seem like true spiritual scientists who are interested in finding the truth rather than proving yourselves right.

    Thank you for talking about this, Ryan. I have long been puzzled about the different Ayanamshas and which one to use.

    The dasa system used by E. Wilhelm was so much more accurate than the standard one that everyone uses. I'm in my sixties so I have some experience under my belt.

    Good points. In the end, it is good to see other dashas, including variational Vimshottari dashas (Kevali Vimshottari, or Vimshottari starting from Adhaana, Kshema, or Utpanna tara). But in the end, only you will know, understand and quickly realize what is your correct dasha sequence, as it not only should, but also must reflect the phases of your life, so if you are still too young it is more challenging to establish that, but if you are in your late 30s it is already better. Also, it is good to keep in mind, as a general rule, that Vimshottari should reflect the alternation of the Nav Tara logic, with the first mahadasha being the "jamna dasha", relating primarily to your body and whole self (from which you should be able to assess childhood diseases, hospitalizations, etc., if any); the second being the "sampat dasha", a generally good period, and usually the period of your whole education or most part of your educational years, etc.; the third dasha being the "vipat dasha", a period of difficulties and obstacles, uneasiness; the fourth being a good one, the "kshema dasha", etc. When you open the standard Vimshottari dasha calculated from Moon's nakshatra, and you cannot see the phases of your life quickly resembled on that sequence, it means that is not the correct dasha to follow for your case, as simple as that. Do not stay attached to just one line of tradition because it says so. This would be intellectual inflexibility, leading to nowhere.

    Hello Ryan, so if we are a beginner as I am, I trust you use the right setting. Could you please tell me? is it ayanamsa Dhruva Galactic center middle of Mula, then Dhruva equatorial for nakshatras, and then Nakshatras and Saura for Dasa (or Saura and Saura?). Thank you really

    The weakest point of so-called “Vedic” astrology is that it cannot say where exactly the sidereal zodiac has its zero point. This question is of central importance because without a well-founded zero point there can be no correct positions of the planets in zodiac signs, lunar mansions, and other subdivisions of the ecliptic. And without these, there can be no correct astrological chart interpretations and predictions. The history of “Vedic” astrology can show us how serious and unsolved this problem is.

    • @sidharth018
      @sidharth018 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The zero point is at star Spica, also called Chitra Paksah.. which is 180 degrees of Spica is the starting point of zodiac 0 degree Aries.. I was wondering why these software's are made with plenty of options while choosing ayanamsa? are they want to release a software fix version later to increase the sales? what is the secret behind this? why not the experts precise them if they are sure about something? ... curious mind.

      I have listened to one video where, programmer of Jagannath Hora said that he used Surya sidhant planetary systems for long time as adviced by his guru but after that he recently switched to Drik Sidhhant.
      PVR narasimha is himself in illusion, you should trust your observation and research.
      Its very beginning of Dwapar Yuga and kali yuga is over, in kali yuga we have lost our intelligence and miscalculated jyotish basics , but slowly slowly we will understand whats the mechanism behind ayanamsha.

    Hi Ryan Kurczak. As a student, how could you add the ayanamsa of galactic center middle of mula to jagannatha hora software? I would like to have the Kala software but for now it is impossible because of its economic value. I would be happy if you could help me with this, since my study of the nakshatras and the relationship of the sun is very important to me. Greetings

      Absolute answer from Ryan, So a proverb says the same.
      “If she's amazing, she won't be easy. If she's easy, she won't be amazing. If she's worth it, you won't give up. If you give up, you're not worthy. ... Truth is, everybody is going to hurt you; you just gotta find the ones worth suffering for.”

    The Dhruva Ayanamsha is IMO much more accurate than Lahiri. I'm 66 and I can look back on the major events of my life and using the Dhruva Ayanamsha to caculate Dasas falls right in place.
