Sometimes people just need a boost. I'm 70 and in poor health with no family to help me. A younger friend came over and with my embarrassed okay, started cleaning my dusty, cluttered house. I felt a tremendous burden lifting from my shoulders and it encouraged me to try to do something every day. We all need friends like that ❤

When people have severe pain issues or invisible disability they cannot do those things no matter how embarrassing it is. Those very same people then also lose ability to earn the money to hire folks to take on all the jobs they can no longer do for themselves.
