The one truest thing I've learned in all my years of sports is, the best coaches are actually teachers wether they know it or not. Many athletes can be the best of the best but that doesn't mean they know how to coach. I've watched around 12 different videos now on how to hit the speed bag. My step son wanted one he's 9. I have been wanting to speed bag for a long time and just received one as a gift and just got it set up and I’m excited to get acquainted with it. I plan on the two of us intimately connected. Hi, do you have a recommendation for an entire speed bag set up including everything needed at a reasonable/inexpensive price for a person on a budget in the USA for a beginner punching for intermediate level? I realize you pay for what you get, but I don't have the luxury of price not being a consideration. I hope to hear back from you. Thanks for your videos they are great and very informative.
Thanks, the only place I know to go in the USA is thrasher house, there swivels are next level, I'm happy with the RDX bags so far as there quite weighty, and as far as platforms go, just buy what you can afford but I'd recommend adding extra thickness to it, ie a thicker piece of timber, and definitely screw to a solid wall, Definitely do not get a multi gym with one attached, there terrible

Tbh it's a Forza ball swivel, there excellent, but not made anymore, I just ordered a thrasher house swivel, but I prefer the steel Forza tbf, I'm trying to get used too it
Hey there. Great skills! I also did a good job with the speed bag. My bag was a little higher up and it hit the shoulders more. Is there a special height I should have the bag, or is it preference? Thanks!
What is the best swivel. I just got a good platform from title boxing but I feel like the swivel isn’t the best and kinda changes the direction of the bag when I’m using it
Much appreciated!! Yer that Will help as I'm a looooooong way from meeting the TH-cam criteria to earn money, but I don't do it for that, just like to make footage and share my skills 😁😁
Good point, honestly because it's great to get the basic rhythm down for reflex speed, hand eye coordination and training to keep hands up, but the "bible" style that I like to practice is mainly for fun, to see how good I can get at a different style, like anything else sport wise I guess 🤙

For tricks it's best to have it at mouth hight. But just front punches a bit higher is fine 🙂 preference reason
