absolutely perfect you show how its not how hard you hit the bag its about timing and hearing great video thanks i might add that mounting the bag platform so there is 0 vibration makes a huge difference the thicker the platform the better

Wow....your the best instructor out There. So fluid and memorizing. I gave my speed bag to my grandson.And I sent him your videos. It will take time, but he is into it., A very good. Exercise And coordination. Hats off to you

How long would it take to get this down? I know it depends on the person and how much time they spend on it, but on average, how long would it take?
@@jameswells9749 1 hour a day , probably a month 🔥 to get it flowing perfectly 😁
@ thank you, I’ve already got the 1-2-3 down with both hands, it’s being patient with my self that’s really hard, yes I’m one of those people who like to conquer something quick. I googled it and it said at least two months which told me it wasn’t going to be a quick learn . Thanks again.

Can you told me, please, which is best height in your opinion for speed bag, Im going to hang on my own in house. Did you put your a little bit under height of your shoulders in order not to overload the shoulder muscles, so that you could exercise longer or you think that is best (optimal) height?

I’m still having trouble hitting bag after the bag hits single off the back!! I can only seem to hit it after it hits single if I use both hands and go extremely fast haha.. You’re awesome tho man! I will keep practicing!
