I had to use rubber gloves!! to get strong enuf grip on the two parts to pull it apart! Thank you for your video because it reassured me I was pulling it apart correctly but just didnt have enuf good grip! This company should have a link to your video😁💖
They showed in the instructions how to open the device but didn’t make it very clear. Thanks for the help!
They should've put "get a little violent with it", then I'd have gotten it open right away!

The design is so stupid, glossy slipper top and you are suppose to hold on to that. Why not have a screw type bottom

Thanks for your help. It does take a bit of muscle to pull it. I took off the razor top and wrapped a rubber band around it for grip.
