Massive thanks to you Jim for the shoutout really appreciate that nice to finally meet up although very briefly busy waxstock for you great videos and amazing work 👍🏻🎥
I look forward to this each week. But to be in it briefly at my channels first birthday just blows my mind. Pleasure meeting you both Jim and Terry. All the best Luke.
Great to meet you both again! Terry, top man could have chatted to you all day :) My new coating cradle from you has come in handy already and looks really great so thank you for that. Happy detailing Whitedetails ❤️ Ryan P.s thank you for showing my mug on the Vlog made my week!
Great to meet you, big fan of the videos. Kind of hijacked you at the Rupes stand but really wanted you to leave with a set of the DK compounds to try. Great to see you using them and getting fantastic results. Thank you one again for taking the time to come over for a chat and photo, really appreciated. Imran
Always good to see Physical Jim rather than Skype Jim. ha ha A pleasure to meet you in person Terry. Thanks for getting some B-Roll of my random session at Rupes stand. Didn't realise that many people gathered to watch! Let's make diaries align team! See you soon manny. Al
3 vehicles in 1 episode- you are spoiling us Jim. Great to meet you both and for all your advice. 2 money saving tips too that martin Lewis would be proud of (reused tape and finger in the hole for that last little bit) they'll help pay for the Bigfoot I got at the show. Paul Ps- I was excited to tell my family I am on the tele, thanks for including us in the footage.
Another great video Jim. Was an absolute pleasure to meet you at waxstock. And thank you for your advice on how to tackle windscreens. Oh and the Mrs says you still haven't paid your rent yet 😂😂😂
Love these videos, genuinely all i've watched for past couple of weeks. Terry seems like such a genuine guy lol! normally just chillin in the background. Cheers Jim for these videos.
Really enjoy all your videos Jim, have employed quite a few of your tips when detailing my own car. As per your suggestion for a "team-up" with Alan from AM Details, that would be so great to see. Two of my favourite detailers working together in the same video, a must. Both your schedules are very busy but would be such a treat to see you both on the same vehicle. BTW, I live in Ayrshire (almost halfway), both welcome to use my driveway and stay also. Could give my JDM Forester the White/ AM treatment also if you wanted a test vehicle. Keep up the good work Jim, watching your videos are a treat. Look forward to them more than a Sky Boxset.
As always great video, I am from Trinidad and Tobago and i must say that since I've been looking at your vlogs it has pushed me to be a better detailer. Hoping to meet you some day when i travel to the UK. Nigel.
Great vlog Jim. Indeed Waxstock (my first) was intense, busy and I met some amazing people. Gutted I didn't get to meet yourself & Terry.......there's always next year...probably rename it whitestock! Oh & yes AM WhiteDetails would be a great vid to see.
These videos are great, really learning alot from them. I only detail our own cars, but its always nice to learn more so i can improve. I only have a rotary polisher. Think its time to bin that and get a reasonable DA tool.
Hello Jim...I am from Arizona and have found your video's, have enjoyed watching. I am an avid fan of detailing and have learned a lot and look forward to learning much more. Just an FYI.. I heard you listening to the Doobie Brothers and reminded me of when I was a young guy. I lived right behind Keith Knudson the drummer of the Doobie Brothers. His sister was my sisters best friend. She would come over to my house and give me a hard time saying that I was cute and she was going to kiss me ..I acted like I didn't like the attention. Wink. One day Keith let me come over to his house and play on his Drum Kit....what a great memory. Keep up the great work and did I hear you might be giving training courses...sign me up.
i didn't see you there!, didn't think you went and I stayed all day near enough. i was there first thing as stayed in Hilton above in the arena. id have said hi for sure if I seen you :-)
Personally i think people would want the you tube content out more than ur patreon thing and wouldn't mind a few adds to get the videos out earlier. Also i would recommend the dynamics hole punch set so you can create ur 3 inch microfiber cutting pads again. Just buy a few 6 inch pads and boom there you go. Third was do you ever sand cars? damp sand? wet sand? Anything like that? Would be nice to see.
Hi im after a deep deep gloss finish to my paint work Iv tried machine polishing with autoglym and super resin polish but I'm still after a deeper shine more of a gel like finish any recommendations that would be great thanks!!
Jim, what 3" microfibre pads are you currently using? Still the meguiars? Have you found a good replacement for them yet? I bought some flexipads ones but i really dont rate them highly
It really does scare me how bad these body shops seem to be. I'm sure there are some fantastic ones out there that actually do care, just need a way that people can find them easily.
I went to waxstock this year for the sole purpose to get me a rupes ibrid. after seeing them on fleabay in Italy for about £420 ish I thought there would be great prices on them at the show, I was in there first thing, 9.30 sharp ;-) went straight to slims stall who had them. £480!!! I thought fuck me, spoke the guy a bit saying that I thought that was expensive imo for a show price. I thougth id have a look about, check out rupes stall. Rupes didn't even have them for sale at the show! and by the time I thought fuck it il get one from slims, maybe 25 mins later, they were all gone, tamping
HI Jim, don't you think that the car repair people have got to up their game.. We really do need more training,, the game has moved on so much and to turn a car out like the R8 in that condition is just wrong..Even new cars need to be washed properly, not much to ask!!!
Thank you for detailing a car that isn't black or grey. Thank you,
I swear every week i look forward to watching your videos
Massive thanks to you Jim for the shoutout really appreciate that nice to finally meet up although very briefly busy waxstock for you great videos and amazing work 👍🏻🎥

Happy detailing Whitedetails ❤️

P.s thank you for showing my mug on the Vlog made my week!
Never ceases to amaze me how body shops leave paintwork. Great work Jim correcting what you'd hope they wouldn't leave in the first place.
Great to meet you, big fan of the videos. Kind of hijacked you at the Rupes stand but really wanted you to leave with a set of the DK compounds to try.

At approx 8 minutes I thought that was a good impression of Vic Reeves in the style of a club singer Jim 👌😂
Great vid Jim. That R8 was shocking 😨😨Dam didn't make it on the Waxstock content 😣
Definitely you and Al need to do a joint vid, that should be fun.
We will work on it, Ian. 😎👍🔔
agreed Jim and Alan, could combine to make one super detailer!!!!

Hey Jim, nice Work as always. I have a question.. how do you work at parking sensors? Do you polish around or above? Best Regards from Germany ✌🏼
Maybe you have answered it in one of the vlogs, but why do you blow with air on the polish?
Do you ever restore faded headlights when detailing? I would like know if protecting them afterwards is required and using what kind of protectant ?
I wonder if the hookup for the custom number plates still possible? 🤞🏽
Hi im after a deep deep gloss finish to my paint work Iv tried machine polishing with autoglym and super resin polish but I'm still after a deeper shine more of a gel like finish any recommendations that would be great thanks!!

if I was the R8 owner, i'd be kicking off @ the dealer/repairer and getting them to fund the correction
"google maps? yeahhhhh!" Glorious :)
I would love to see you and Alan team up for a video!
