I wanna ask, do you know about documentation about 212E rule which is a 2-yrs home residency requirement when a postdoc comes back after completing his/her postdoc in US. I completed my postdoc in a prestigious university in US and now in Pakistan for fulfilling 2-yrs home residency requirement. After which I'll apply for EB2-NIW program. Request for any info about it.

I am a self-petitioned from Pakistan and my petition was filed in Sep,22 and I received approval from NVC in Sep 23 ( after clearing an RFE ) . However, my question is that how can someone file it through home country just like Pakistan? A prompt response would be highly appreciated.
Yes you're right you need to provide a local address of the US where you can receive the papers. Also you need to pay the fees from the local bank account.
