Think they were torn between Dickinson and Zeem, but end they went with the 2 way Defenseman. You couldn’t go wrong either one as those 2 were the best on board. Sharks on Day 2, gonna draft more depth and possibly a goalie in the early rounds.
I was excited with Macklin.. but i almost passed out after we actually picked a 2way defenseman, something we sorely need. Completely happy with the well roundedness of this first round for us.

Bob Mckenzie had Dickenson ahead of Buium on his final draft rankings and he uses actual scouts for his analysis. But that doesn't mean it's a consensus either.
