The Sharks did fantastic at the draft. Celebrini is the best player and Dickinson is a big talented defensemen. As Greer said, You need big players like Dickinson to win the Stanley Cup. He will guard the front of the net and add to the breakout and rush. Both players are what the Sharks needed!
I am 100% bought into Mike’s vision for the team. His first few trades were underwhelming, and left a lot to be desired. Everything he has done since has been gold. Must say I really liked Zeev Buium at 11, but Dickinson will do. I know they went with Sam due to his size, and I’m okay with that. Size and grit win championships.
Zeev has more offensive ceiling, but higher bust/injury risk to me.. because of his wheeling style. Sam is 💯 floor top-4 guy, with a ceiling of a 1A PP guy like a Morgan Reilly… he’s mature for his age, super confident in his ability which is so great 😄 👏
Same. I can really appreciate Grier not only getting very talented players but good people as well. Like Macklin and Sam are two guys you want in the locker room. Also can’t help but love the “little bit” comment when he was asked if he was surprised he saw him at 11. Subtle little compliment to Sam
@@amatt2116 Chatted with Sam for a minute or so and got a picture with him. Definitely a friendly guy, seemed to go out of his way to make sure all the Sharks fans around who had markers could grab an autograph.
Can't decide. I like Elick and Badinka to get us an RHD at 33. I also really like Teddy Stiga, plus there's a few Russians who are interesting - Chernyshov at points was being mocked to us at 14, and Artamonov's available (late 1st/early 2nd was his expected spot).
big money mike killed it per usual

Dickenson is enthusiastic and upbeat. He will be able to clear oppossing players from in front of the Shark's net.
The more I think about it Dickinson is a better fit for the sharks.

In Mike Grier we trust
booked tix to the parade. Can't wait to see y'all there
Let him cook!
What do you guys think about Nikita Artamonov? Kid had very good production in the KHL for a first year draft eligible.
Pretty please take Ryder Ritchie at 33, can’t believe he’s still avail!!!!! Cole Hutson at 53?!?? We’re getting incredible steals or value.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
