    Hello Precious,
We wanted to thank you for making this video. We're very pleased that despite the challenging situation of your course due to COVID-19, the CIB met your expectations. Undoubtedly, many things have changed since your time at CIB, and how fortunate they have! Thanks to videos like yours and the feedback from other students, we can continue to improve our methodology and the quality of our classes. We would love to see you again if you return to Barcelona. CIB always has its doors open! Regards.

Love your videos ! I was wondering what pastry course did you take ? Was it the Advanced pastry and chocolate or the beginners professional pastry and baking course ?

Back when I took the pastry course, only one was offered. I would say it included more advanced techniques. It included chocolate for half the program.

    Hi Precious,
Thank you for this video it was really informative and entertaining ☺️. I just had one question. Did they have written exams for the course you took? If so, can it be taken in English?

Yes, you have to do a written portion of the exams. You can write them in either English or Spanish. They are submitted with your team members as a group project.

I wanna take the Advanced Culinary techniques course that looks cool, and that executive chef diploma is also interesting 🤔

The executive course is what I originally signed up for. I think it's worth trying out a course or two. I found the molecular classes to be really fascinating.

Hi Precious, My 22 year old son will be studying at CIB next year. We are looking for a place for him to stay. Which do you suggest ? If you have contacts with landlords, I would appreciate it if you can share. Thanks

I don't have contacts with landlords, but using idealista is very helpful when looking for a place to rent.
