    It's truly so beautiful!!!
    I studied 35+ year's ancient aboriginal, indigenous high culture and almost every aspect of the daily life is practically perfect for the upliftment and advancements of family in every way possible and feasible!!!
    Since societies today are upside down/ flipped (esoterically) Doing/ teaching badness, slickness over really doing REAL SPIRALING GOOD, meaning true good for true advancements of humanity, they learned via CONQUEST of aboriginal, Indigenous peoples how to do what I call "THE SLOW BURN" (How to slowly advance AND PROFIT VALUE OUT OF THE DELAY)..
    ie; OLIGARCHY...
    (CONTROL AND POWER VALUE)
    SALAT IS WHAT IT IS A WAKING PRAYER/ BLESSING FOR THE FAMILY!!!)
    MY VIETNAM VET DAD WAS TEACHING ME AT 14 ON MANY WAYS!!!!!

    Interesting demonstration if you understand the surrounding cultural context. When it is removed from the context and placed in a different environment it does not have nearly the same applicability.

      Only boxer use a lot of upper arm strength in fighting. Even in Kali or eskrima the punching mechanics are the same, they don't depends on the strength on the upper arm as it break the posture for proper strikes, cut, and defense if your using a lot of upper arm movements. Basically you giving your ribs to your opponent by doing so. A lot of bladed art use this concept and even in HEMA for one-handed sword techniques they never use upper arm movements or strength a lot. It came a lot from the forearm and the wrist movement.

    • @baronsun4180
      @baronsun4180 6 ปีที่แล้ว +12

      I'll give you a great example why mma is stupid in real life situations. The basic double leg takedown. You could be running into a fucking knife. The ground game. You're basically committing suicide. Stomps and kicking on a grounded opponent are not allowed in the UFC. Rabbit striking or striking behind the head of the opponent is not allowed either. In many weapon based martial arts, striking on the retracting end is part of it. Even punching is stupid to a weapons practitioner. You could damage your hands and knuckles. You think the gloves and wraps are there to protect the other person you're hitting? You're wrong. A weapons practitioner uses hammer fist style punches because it's already been taught that way when they swing with a weapon. And the fact it doesn't damage their hands if they don't have gloves.

      This art's propouse is to "Bela Diri" (self defense). There are rules when you learn silat, some of them are 1. If you encounter enemy, RUN.
      2. If you cannot run, then FIGHT.
      3. Don't show off.
      So it's clear this art use to defend and run to safety. Not to challenge people and prove who's better.
