    The only places I see henna in my hair is the grey hairs which are now red and it looks like I have red highlights because I’m getting more more greys that are now red but my black hair is still black and I love the henna results 😉

    I love your products and your channel. Thank you for your guidance regarding dyeing hair, especially grey hair. I happily dye/refresh my black hair from the dreaded grey invasion monthly with the two step henna indigo process. That along with the co-wash and the tea rinse/spritz have encouraged phenomenal growth, very few split/scraggly/damaged ends. I don’t think I will ever return to the more commercialized brands like DevaCurl or even CurlSmith.

    I have a quick question. I am allergic to hair dyes but am interested in trying henna. I have a lot of gray hair and want to color my hair a brown shade leaning towards a lighter brown to medium but not anything darker than that. How can I go about achieving this look ? I would really appreciate a reply 😁

    • @kapparhotau181
      @kapparhotau181 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      When you do the henna it will start the gray hair into a bright red and the black hair into a brownish tint. If you use Indigo following henna it will turn your whole head black. If you follow up with henna again it will probably give your whole head a brown tint but henna is a strengthening(protein-like) treatment and is not recommended more than once a month, as it can cause the hair to become dry and brittle if done too often. So be careful as henna can be a very potent protein like treatment, it's not protein but can cause protein sensitivity if not used properly.

    If I want copper do I have to bleach my hair to a light blonde first? I have level 6 colored hair dyed red.
    I ordered cassia and henna and planned to make a diluted low henna high cassia blend but I am concerned if I don’t strip all my color out first I won’t get the bright copper red I want.
    I know to use chamomile tea and some apple cider vinegar but I really don’t want to get darker to auburn I want to have the type of results you get on very light hair in your strand tests.

    Greetings,
    I bought a box of Vatika dark brown henna from the Indian store. I have long hair, so I mixed four packets out of the six that came in the box. My hair was dyed a copper red beforehand.
    My hair is now a blueish black with reddish ends. And it looks awful‼️‼️‼️
    I wanted to use the dark brown to color the grays, they are covered alright, covered in blueish black.
    How can I lighten this dark gothic color⁉️⁉️⁉️ . . . Please help!!!
    I’ve tried lemons, vinegar, baking soda and clarifying shampoo, clarifying shampoo with citric acid, nothing has worked.
    PLEASE HELP‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

    My hair has been previously dyed with a chocolate dark brown. And cause I am growing out my roots to do a big chop. I was wondering how I get my brown colour on my natural regrowth and previously dyed hair a similar colour?
    Would my regrowth be a different colour if I did dye it ?
    I seen on your video that you used 50% henna and 50% indigo. I DONT WANT MY HAIR BLACK so I am a little worried. Do I put two different applications in my hair. For example 1 mix for my regrowth 1 mix for my ends? I just want a all over medium brown colour. Totally lost Khadijah help a sister out lol. Gotta binge the rest of your TH-cam. Hi, I m new to Henna community. Has anyone experienced sinus as side effect of Henna during winter season? I am little hesitant to use henna coz of this reason even though it's natural. Can anyone suggest remedies to avoid sinus effects

    • @HennaSooq

      Welcome!!! I never had any sinus issues and I'm Canadian where there is tons of snow and I always use henna. You may need to look into sinus medicines in your local area or maybe you have allergies. It's okay to use henna in the winter.

    • @ag4309
      @ag4309 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It might be better to buy actual henna powder; body art quality, not the stuff with tons of chemicals. Its less work than grinding the leaves yourself. Plus, you may not have ground them fine enough. By getting triple sifted powder, you can be sure that the quality will be sufficient to stain your hair. Also, you need to leave ut on for more than 4 hours. Try overnight. 😊
