I'm happy you found it helpful. If I have a large delivery for 9am, I start in the night. I can stay all night doing it in order to deliver in the morning.
There's no preservatives for meatpie but meat pie can be stored in the fridge for up to a week and in the freezer for up to 6 months. All you need to do is, anytime you want to use it, bring it out of the freezer, allow to defrost properly. Put it in the oven and warm it up. You can set the oven to warm or 176°f . Allow it to gradually warm up for 15 -30 mins depending on how cold it is. You have to monitor it too. Don't put your meatpie in microwave to warm, it spoils the texture. I HOPE YOU FIND IT HELPFUL.
🙏Thank you so much. It depends on the size. The size of cutter I use, makes 30- 35 for 1kg dough. With that size of cutter, 1kg dough into 5 will make 150 meatpies with extras. Remember 35 is the least it can give. It can give more but I keep it at 35 to be safe. I will look up that size of cutter and send

15 mins is fine. I don't really preserve dough but when I have excess, I put it in the freezer and it can stay for long. I don't keep it for long and that's just because, I use it up immediately.
