Even though the Ventures have their own signature modle Moserite guitars that the Koreans are playing, you have to admit all surf music just sounds better and is truly made for Fender guitars and basses as demoed here by the Ventures themselves.
Yuzo Kayama's guitar fits in well with The Ventures. But from what I've heard, after the 1960s, Yuzo Kayama went back to focusing on acting and vocal music.
