Sometimes I think a certain way about outdated predictable and sometimes insulting tactics and techniques used by managers so this is really confirming to my thoughts about people who might even say the right things and put the right things in writing but the result that they're looking for ultimately is self-centered and self-serving and to make you give in to their way which is the only way in their mind already or making you feel inadequate and that you don't understand just because you have your own opinion or don't agree. This has been my experience I've had over the last few years but listening to your videos and another influencer has been sooo helpful in me managing both my emotions , attitude and personal development by countering certain management styles that are not promoting an atmosphere for growth. Thank you, I needed this.

Communication is SO CRITICAL. It's pretty ridiculous how many 'disagreements' escalate because we do not listen to each other, or ask for clarification.
P.S. 'Painting pictures with words' is something I work hard to do.
