    I'm feeling homesick. I've been here in Australia since 2003 and watching this video is like I've had a brief return to the country and county that I love so much.

    We're very interested in 'slow TV', no presenters, muzak or opinion,
    just an immersive tour with natural sounds and sights. Thanks for adding
    this really enjoyable one. I hope between us we can spread these kind
    of videos around a little. It's a great way to learn more about our world.

    Gt camera work with a lot of patience with the crowds, knowing what's its like once again Gt work & not jerky with the real background sounds nice one Phil worth the effort

    Nice video. We went a couple of times last year when we were staying in Penzance - saw Jack Nowell, the England and Exeter rugby player, on crutches as he had just had a foot operation.

    You need to put a date on ALL weather videos. Please include the month day & year. Some OLD weather videos are being presented as new. The St. Ives which was done 5 years ago showed up with the Storm Dennis videos.

    It is a wonderful town but I wish they would ban cars from the centre; the roads are just too narrow especially for the vans thanks for the video 👍👏

    Need some more good shops on streets in Cornwall for clothes, shoes and jewelry, too much tourist rubbish and not enough for locals.

      True that, and its the main reason I dont visit anymore. I cant be doing with places that are aimed at tourists. Keswick is the same. Filled with outdoor clothing shops. Makes me laugh when I see people there dressed in all the walking gear yet never go hill walking. They just walk round the shops trying to impress everyone with the labels. Bell ends. Probably drive BMWs as well.

    Hi.
    I run a Cornwall Facebook page, would we be able to use this video on our page, with full credit?
    Kind Regards.

    isn't that where Doc Martin lives?

    • @Smithy24601
      @Smithy24601  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Doc Martin is from Port Isaac which is about 50 miles from St Ives. Both St Ives and Port Isaac are in the county(region) of Cornwall.

    You have to walk in a one way system now, it’s unbearable.

    • @Smithy24601
      @Smithy24601  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Wow, do you have to walk through the town and then back up by the lifeboat?

    • @oddities-whatnot
      @oddities-whatnot 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I cant think of anything worse full stop than walking through crowds in a busy tourist town.

  • @Smithy24601

    I also have a 360 degree walk through St Ives here
    Best to have it on high quality and probably easiest to move the screen with your finger.
