Thank you for your demo but I won't be recommending these. My latches looked like several brands they used this self-close but on mine, not that great. I feel the close should be outward more. I saw one demo few days ago and they guy started from the back them pulled the close forward to lock it. These are not working that way. Flimsy when I do finally snap it on. Like they might just fall off on their own. Thanks again & will keep for that other video.
Hello, The easiest way we have found is to line up the soft-close device's tabs to the hinge hole, and keep the soft-close device parallel to the hinge arm. Then push towards the hinge arm to click the device in place. -Woodworker's Hardware

I guess you don't need a magnetic catch for these types of hinges.

Couldn't see what he did to make it look easy. Did anyone find the "trick" ??
