This is a challenge we all faced, especially when being 'nice' guys. I've learnt my lesson after paying ladies' rent, and realised that they later did not like me for who I am and got intimate with guys who did not give them a cent. So, lesson learnt

I was seeing a girl for nearly a year and I used to pay every time we went out but asked her to help on holidays etc. She didn’t like that. If we all stopped leading with our money, we might be inclined to find more meaningful, long-lasting, relationships. I once dated a guy who always complained that his past love interests always asked him for financial support; yet when I pointed out the reason why, he leads with his money, he looked at me baffled!!! It took me all of two weeks of conversation to clearly see he liked financially saving women and complaining about it simultaneously to anyone who would listen. I didn’t have the desire to feed that ego. If you are in an established relationship then helping each other financially in a time of need is very different than if we just met and you always need a financial hand-out.

I’ve dealt with this in my life. We as men believe women are soft innocent and undeniably good. Life lessons, time & common sense teaches us differently. The major problem is 9/10 women do this men, whether they are attracted to us or not.
I had a few female friends that said they had to manually override the feeling or desire to negatively take advantage of a good man. They had to put in effort not to use select men. I was shocked hearing it from the horses mouth. I took it all in.

Here's what I use and works 100% of the time. "My parents taught me that money is not to be lent" or "My parents taught me not to lend money or even ask for it". Put the blame on your parents. I have just recently found Jessica's channel. I listened to a few videos and I became interested. My interest developed because I was married for 50 years and after my wife passed I was interested in finding someone to date or possibly marry. 18 out of 20 women I met wanted money. This video is fantastic for someone my age, because after being the bread winner and paying for everything that 6 kids can want I thought I had to keep giving. Jessica changed that in me. Thank you I am 68 years old.

I like point number two. I did that with my ex she’s a make up artist her business wasn’t going so well at the time. I introduced her to more clients and she started earning more for herself. We later broke up but even up to this day she reminds me of how much I helped her and shows gratitude

As a matter of fact, always asking their men for money is a constitutional right they are entitled to. Wow, I do this a lot. I call this the filter... In the beginning, I try to help with what I can. Then I start refusing those requests and always suggest alternatives. if she starts misbehaving because of this I will understand that she was all for the money. I would just start writing about the last chapter of the story.
Sometimes the need is genuine and she really needs the help and it may have taken a lot of courage even to ask.

This is one of the best tips I have watched in a while. I had a girlfriend who constantly wants money but I applied the 5th point. They sent her money for her phone, I told her to buy a less expensive phone and start up a business with the remaining money, guess what? She was very adamant with me, telling me all sort of words that it was her money and she can do whatever she wants, after buying the expensive phone, she started asking for airtimes 😂I was like waw maybe my village people sent her after me😅
