- A few days later Maharishikaa is again answering Joachim, who, now relieved from the thoughts of giving up his life - after taking up the Surrender practice - raises the next questions that seekers who were on such meditation journeys ask. Does one become ‘That’, when one experiences It? Is practicing I AM meditation on the chakras a good idea? He also asks how the process of Surrender relates to the chakras and the cosmic experience of ‘That’. Can one surrender to the Chakras in an attempt to open them?
The Maharishikaa responds that this is not the case. In this transformational process there is an ‘I’ that is surrendering to something, which is the Soul, the Guru within. Surrendering means that when the Antarguru (Guru within) impulses one into action, one goes with that impulse. One surrenders neither to Chakras nor to Chai but rather to the inner Guru that impulses one into that action. In this process, there is no identification with that inner Guru. There is no I AM THAT!

“When the ego is bigger than the soul”..I got this like wow….You inspire me, I love you, and I respect you because your teaching helped me to uncover a delusion of my ego being louder than my soul. I listened to you all night, and as I woke up, I could discriminate the loudness of my ego pushing to take control of this day, how it should go; then I pushed back for the first time. Now I discern The loudness of my ego as like that of a willful wild animal, but it is ignorant and not in touch with the subtleties of life, and it burns through my energy like burning through money. This guy arguing with you feels like me, and reminds me of my own willful stubborn ego especially when challenged with facing the truth of the soul. He is very lucky to present his stubborn ego in front of one who can see through it and redirect him properly.

But its not only the process of surrendering that is helping. It IS actually also the experience of true connection and safety with another human being, being authentic with someone who is actually listening and guiding properly. He needed guidance and authentic communion to even try to find his own guidance. The reason why this inner connection is lost in the first place is because the relationship with our family and other human beings have messed it up. Were afraid of eachother. This hurt, abandonment, disappointment etc humanity carries. Would he have done it, finding his way back without the support and guidance from her? Everybody misses this essential thing.

This man does not realise that he is clinging so much to his own thoughts and then clings to external help for solving the problems he himself created.... I really feel sory for that poor soul.
Even when he seemed to get better, he totally thought that the cause of his progress was Maharishikaa. That's a huge fallacy that leads straight to dependence and attachment, that can lead to horrible problems and disaster....
He failed to see that he himeself, helped himself in the end with just a little help from a friend.
He knows too much theory about enlightenment, more than he can handle and his thoughts has driven him crazy....
I only say this, if the purpose of spiritual ascension is being present, more conscious and joyful and you always keep feeling worse....then that's the indication that you went wrong somewhere.
and THIS is what makes it obvious and easy to realign with Truth and Love.
More Joy, less suffering is progress.
Fascinating how we tend to forget that.
Even Buddha said the end of suffering is possible while alive as a human being.

How is this concept so lost on this gentleman I feel sorry for him, I reckon most people are in the same bucket. How can you bow to anything other than your inner guru and your soul. Why would one give that much power to anything other than one’s own soul. What this tells me is that he is so inclined still to be manipulated by anyone that may appear and say I can help you in the name of the guru. Didn’t he got to the manipulation of the lady many years ago in the same way because you are submitting to others. Sometimes straight talk hits there and can wake people up. There’s no harsh intention here. Bless ya
