My mom introduced me to Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons. I would sit for hours and be amazed by Frankie Valli's voice, listening over and over and over. Ah, the days of the record player and the vinyls. So, so good
After my parents divorced, we spent ALOT of time with my mama’s brother and his wife, Sherry. They had 2 kids and with the 3 of us, we would embarrass my Auntie Sherry. We would bust out in song to this one or “Barbara Ann” by The Beach Boys. Btw, Barbara Ann is my mama’s name. It was also harder to embarrass my mama bc she would sing along & dance with us. And u just mentioned The Beach Boys. lol
Yes, fun song!! My mom and dad named me "Cheri" to be a little different from "Sherry", but for the first 13 years of my life they called me "Sherry". My mom played the piano for a boys quartet, and every time this song came on, they'd sing it to me! (I was in junior high and they were all in high school!)😊🥰 Sweet memories! Great, timeless song!
I can give you at least three songs from the 4 Seasons/Frankie Valli solo work that you've never heard: "The Night" "And That Reminds Me" "Tell it to the Rain" "Patch of Blue" "The Girl I'll Never Know (Angel's Never Fly This Low) [Frankie Valli solo] "You're Ready Now!" [Frankie Valli solo]
My dad had a Four Seasons greatest hits 8-track that he used to play in our boat when I was a kid. I can't tell you how many times I heard that album, but I never really got tired of it. Some of my greatest memories are of those days. I don't know how anybody can listen to a Four Seasons song and not feel just a little bit better.
If you've not heard Kitty, Daisy and Lewis...please give a listen to this rockin London family band...thats right, its mom, dad and the kids! They do a lot of covers, but have some unique ( or you-neek) originals.

When Sherry was released they were just "The Four Seasons" It was later they were billed as Frankie Vallie and The Four Seasons

What a voice!!!!
The Broadway play was so much better than the movie... I watched the movie once, saw the play 5 times.
Frankie valli is the one with the high voice
Love it. Have you tried Walk like a man. I grew up in this era and love y'all discovering the great music we had then.
I was 5 when this song came out. I'm 64 now. I also have a friend named Sherry. I have this as her ringtone on my phone.
I've been to the play "Jersey Boys" twice and seen the movie several times! Definitely a must see if the play ever comes to your area!
Great song

Solo: You're Ready Now
Yes! I love the keyboards and that's the girl group The Angels (My Boyfriend's Back) backing up Frankie.
Please react to Home Free singing One Voice featuring Billy Gilman. Get the Kleenex!!!🥲🥲🥲
Watch the official version of 'who loves you'.
Stay in the 60s… Probably try Tommy James and the Shondells or Paul revere and the raiders!
