Not too shabby. I drink occasional, hardly smoke cigs , frequent weed smoker. But what I believe really helped were daily exercise (at least 3 to 5 times a week), little stress, staying out of the sun or dont be in direct sunlight too much and believe or not lots of sleep. That last one is so important.

When I was a student at university many years ago, I had a crush on a girl in my third year class. One day, I was walking behind her and her bestie (they didn't know I was there). So if you're 22+ or so, forget about radical gains. You're not going to grow any taller and your body has pretty much been sculpted. This guy is an interesting predicament because he manages to simultaneously speak absolute truth with also taking things way too far. Personally I think the video was about spot on - in a general sense that is. These things aren’t quite as simple and set in stone as the video implies, but at its core, yes it’s true. Also, dude, I could feel the genuine distain you have for women pouring out of the screen in that first clip you showed with that girl. Like Jesus you legitimately do hate women. Some of your points are valid, and given that women are humans who are all affected by a complex set of societal norms and expectations, they absolutely have their issues (ones that generally apply to the gender as a whole) - just like men have theirs. But it feels like you tend to take it too far, over analyzing things in a direct, “scientific” way when in reality it these things can’t be fully understood through statistics and what not alone. I think you have a ton of potential for giving light to some genuine social issues, and to a degree you already do, but the fact you take it so far diminishes your credibility.

Not too shabby. I drink occasional, hardly smoke cigs , frequent weed smoker. But what I believe really helped were daily exercise (at least 3 to 5 times a week), little stress, staying out of the sun or dont be in direct sunlight too much and believe or not lots of sleep. That last one is so important.

5'8" isn't even short, just make sure you're meeting women shorter than you. I'm 5'4" and get the same thing..they say it's fine then we meet and they say 'no spark'. Abundance mindset does work. When I discovered PUA and then read "The Rules" (a women's dating book) it shattered my view of womem. I started dating with the new mindset that (most) women were closer to demons vs the angels I used think they were. As soon as women started playing their dating games I immediately lost interest. Women would sense that loss of interest and start pursuing. It wasn't that I had more dates lined up, but that willingness to walk away worked. My willingness to walk away was based on true disinterest, but there are certainly tons of men who feigned disinterest to turn the tables on women.

Very insightful and thought provoking video. I think in caveman days, and even in most historical eras, women had to consider many other factors when chosing a mate, not just looks. It is very recent that selection criteria has narrowed down to looks only. It only shows that women adapt really fast. BUT, when it comes to survival, nature doesn't care about looks...

I think the 1.6 rating on the guy who was smiling is incredibly harsh.
The only thing I saw wrong with his picture is his clearly receded hairline, eventuated by the length of his hairstyle. He just needs to cut the rest of his hair shorter and it will dramatically offset the effect of the receding, but even with his hairline the way it is, the score is a bit silly.
He doesn't look inbred or anything, that's what I'd call a 1 score.

Personally I think the video was about spot on - in a general sense that is. These things aren’t quite as simple and set in stone as the video implies, but at its core, yes it’s true.
