I appreciate the time and effort that goes into these videos - getting in a kayak can be a real pain sometimes... let alone getting in, paddling away, and coming back for your camera and doing it again! That's commitment to the shot. These are great little films. 👍
My God, here in Israel we are still having temperatures well into the 30s °C. On top of that we have Covid-19 movement restrictions of up to 1km. So, Erik you're my only solution to cool down and relax. Thanks, man!
Watching your videos is amongst my therapy. Very relaxing and sounds are so calming. I used to climb mountains (minor climbs with average difficulty) but just last February I am diagnosed with rheumatic heart disease 😐 so my physical activities are now restricted. I can still go to the beach and forest or mountains that are accessible by vehicles. I miss the days when I was able to walk 4-10 km in few hours. Conquering the heights and reaching the summit. Well hmm I am grateful to GOD that I had those days. Keep doing what you love Erik, stay happy and stay healthy. Your videos are helping me a lot as if I am there too. Thank you and GOD bless.
If those wooden huts could talk they would have a thousand stories to tell. I appreciate those rich colours and textures of autumn. The atmosphere is special indeed. The reflection of the trees on the unbroken surface of the river, the ripples from the canoe - I hope these sights and sounds brought peace and tranquility to you too.
The upside with kayaks is that you can bring a lot of stuff. On the other hand, the downside with kayaks is that you can bring a lot of stuff 🤪 This was yet another soothing video from you - well done! Keep on keeping on 👍
Beautiful. Reminds me of late summer paddling and camping trips off the coast of Maine. You inspire me to plan another adventure on an off the water. Thanks Erik, as always.
You're right. It is very clever. My husband and I especially listen for the crow and then get all bird-watcher nerdy and say something like "That's not real! There's no crows there. You can not fool us Erik!". haha
As always, while the kids are still sleeping, here I am, from south Brazil, watching your beautiful and relaxing adventure, while sipping my black coffee, getting ready for the day to come. Thank you!
Hi,I am Japanese high school student. I see your videos at the night before I sleep, and the time makes me feel relaxed. I love u so much. Take care of your self!!
Now that's camping like a pro Erik. You silently glide in to shore, you set up camp, you cook on your Trangia , you sleep, you break camp and then you leave, just as silently as you arrived. No campfire residue, no shopped up trees or trash. It's like you were never there... I always appreciate that aspect of your videos. Have you got any plans to make a really long kayak journey sometime?
You’re a man of few words and great skills, that’s what makes your show so great no bullshit.I live the moments when I watch. Salute watching from the US
Sweden is such a beautiful country..I would love to visit it one day. I'm from Sydney Australia and we don't get snow here. Love your video's....Holy moment.
I have canoed and kayaked all around these states ( USA ) and I know how much you are enjoying your time on the water. When I do that I like to joke about the boat being my backpack and for a change the backpack is carrying me. By the way for myself it's a lot easier getting in and out of a Canoe.
Hope you could see my comment some day. I really love the way you made video, the way you camp and the attitude towards life. It’s so vivid that I can feel the peace from videos. Great job!
Hej Erik, återigen en mycket trevlig naturvideo och underbar tystnad. nu närmar sig året långsamt men naturen har de vackraste färgerna redo. hos oss är träden gula, guld, röda, naturens vackraste färger. Fortsätt så och jag önskar dig god hälsa 🍀👍 Hello Erik, again a very nice nature video and wonderful silence. now the year is slowly coming to an end but nature has the most beautiful colors ready. with us the trees yellow gold red are the most beautiful colors of nature. Keep it up and I wish you good health 🍀👍
Oh wow... such a nice surprise for having a new video from you. So far we love your camping style videos the best of all in TH-cam. Great sounds .. even little bit of the music they are cool. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

@@tex24 I took a look at your other guy, and he doesn't compare to this Erik Normark. Nice try though.
@@zantigar They're different for sure, but both are great advocates for the outdoors.
When your coffee is ready and there's a new Erik Normark video...
Thumbs up D K 👍🏽😋

Thats what Im doing right now. Drinking my morning coffee.

That's true, also getting out from the kayak can be problematic
peaceful as always. thanks for the 12 minute escape

Thanks Maria Theresa! I hope you can find joy being outdoors even now, in different ways.
Autumn leaves, beautiful colors :-) Thank you Erik ;-)
This is the most relaxing think on TH-cam. You capture the solitude perfectly. I can feel my anxiety melt away watching this. Thank you.
The sound of silence! 👍
You’re like a poster boy for mindfulness. Everything is done with awareness, fully in the present. Here and now.

Mindful sagacious words from you, i agree with your words. Thank you too for your comment.

Can always appreciate an outdoor enthusiast who is also a railfan!
The ruined hut would be a fabulous photo subject all on by itself. That view through the door was simple and wonderful.
Beautiful. Reminds me of late summer paddling and camping trips off the coast of Maine. You inspire me to plan another adventure on an off the water. Thanks Erik, as always.
👍👍👍 Great time I have just wake up in the middle of the woods myself hammock camping,
Thankyou Erik for your ongoing creativity. Equal parts adventurous and meditative
Awesome job mate
Love the videos. New subscriber 👍
I love how the beginning of every video starts with the sound of the same bird..... That's unique! well done!
You're right. It is very clever. My husband and I especially listen for the crow and then get all bird-watcher nerdy and say something like "That's not real! There's no crows there. You can not fool us Erik!". haha
You capture the mood of late autumn perfectly Erik! And the great recorded sound adds depth.
Great shoot. Love every landscape you've take.
I really liked the footage of the paddling and the beautiful shots of the grey logs from the log house set against the yellow grass.
Enjoy the sounds of nature in your videos. Thanks.
love the idea as you incorporate the 🚆 train unto the video💨☕👍 if I recall you deal with trains as an occupation or at one time before
Just wow Erik, so peaceful! Greetings from The Netherlands
What a perfect place to overnight...man...quiet and beautiful
Thank you for the reminder that what we build, will pass, like ripples from the paddle.
Your photography is as always superb
I also love your fluorescent colored clothing as a foil to all the earth colors

Tack för höstmys och en film som flyter upp till en liten favvo bland alla dina pärlor. Längtar till enkelheten.
I love the slow fade of the train noise back to silence

So much of your terrain, the woods & waters; reminds me of coastal Maine where I grew up...
At 5:53 when it turns to morning it looks like a beautiful painting
So beautifully filmed. The sounds especially the wind are so relaxing. The fall colours and morning mist...love it..take care ❤️ 🇨🇦
Appreciate the smooth wild west guitar theme.
I love the simple peace of your video. So relaxing. Might be time to get myself a kayak!
Sound and visual are really good. Your video makes me feel so comfortable. Thank you!
Absolutely, absolutely wonderful experience Erik! Thankyou so much for bringing us along on this incredible adventure!

Sounds good to me.I really enjoy the peaceful solitude of just being in God's wilderness either by hike or kayak.
I love your videos because there were the natures.
It made me relaxing, comfortable. Thanks.
I actually liked the way you began this with the train. It was artistic contrast to your canoe gliding through the stream. 👍🐞🇭🇲
Great job Erik. Keep them coming.
Beautiful place. You are a lucky man. In nature's lap away from the noisy world...
Ännu en vacker film. ☕️👍
Recently, alone in my room, I take first sip of my coffee and thumbs up.
That little push on top of the Trangia bottle before opening, I learned from Erik (and also the hard way why :) )
Yes I learned it the hard way too :D
Pure Gold. Keep them coming Erik.

Nice. That river looks like an old canal.
I treated myself to a good pair of noise cancelling headphones. Takes Eric's great videos to an even better level :)
