I just made this... I don’t think I added enough hamburger meat so I’ll have to try it again... but of course we ate it anyway and it was soooooo good... just threw it over some garlic mashed potatoes and YESSSSS... I wouldn’t change a thing about this!!♥️♥️♥️
What happened here is truly "Kitchen Sorcery". From the most unpromising bowl of gunk that was mixed up with the meat, to the pale brown water poured into the frying pan it seemed that nothing could transform this recipe into something edible and yet..... a little time, the application of heat and suddenly you have this magical makeover. When I saw the mixture in the bowl (admittedly before you whisked it) I thought you'd lost your mind, but I stand corrected, enough that I am going to try this version of the recipe out. The end product looked gorgeous just dying to leap onto a plate of mashed spuds. Have you ever tried to freeze this and if so how did it turn out afterwards? Thank you.

Tried it my patties turned to taco ground beef, first time that ever happen to me and the first time i ever put milk in to it. I thought the eggs would hold it together ? i guess the measurements where off, but the link or this vid didn't give any more info. I'll try it again without the milk and bread &easy on the other liquids.
It’s identical except you form it into a single loaf instead of patties. Plenty of great recipes for meatloaf on TH-cam. Look some up and tell me your favourite!
I found this recipe to be extremely salty. between the Lipton onion package, seasoning salt, and seasoned breadcrumbs. this dish becomes way to salty. i would advice not using the seasoning salt at all and use non salted breadcrumbs. It tasted good but was wayyyy too salty and at the time i made this recipe the comments were disabled.
Question: did the liquid reduce down to the thick gravy like it shows in the final product? That skillet was full nearly to the top at first, then evaporated way down at the end. I too was thinking that was a lot of salt, even without trying to make it. I was planning on not using the season salt (I don't like the flavor of it). Other than that, I like his videos for sure!

I would say for the amount of ingredients especially 2 eggs, it would be 2 pounds, no less, I make Salisbury a lot, 1 egg pound & half, I don’t use his ingredients and I hate mushrooms.

I appreciate that very much ,, however as good as your food looks I actually get sick to my stomach looking at your long nails! You ca never get rid of what you can't see from washing.them with the naked eye! I am not the only person who has noticed this! I have shown your videos to many people but mostfeel the same way. I would be very afraid to eat anything for fear of contacting some unseen bacteria God forbid Ecoli! I think you are amazing one of the best I have seen so please consider cutting your nails off or wear gloves while preparing your food. This is sent in love not to throw shade .
