My journey as a business analysis started late 2021 that was before coming to Canada, the journey has not been easy and i feel like all the ginger i came into the country with is gone. Lolz. I really want to become a business analyst and would really appreciate your assistance in anyway you can.
I just watched this video right now, and I must say, it has a push sensation it gave me. But, I'd also like you to kinda know the skills and software tools that a business analyst needs. I also studied accounting and finance and have also been faced with choosing a related path, not entirely accounting again for my masters study.
There is no shame wanting to make a high salary girl! You are worth it! That is what happened to me, when I decided I am worth it, and I deserve a salary that represents the work I do it came to me.
What I've taken from this are the mentor aspects, the subconscious thought process, ripping up the schooling teaching process and trusting in God. All of the above have been activated on this day!

Hi, thank you for reaching out Yes you can start with little or no experience There are agencies that train people to follow that career path So you can pay for one. Just learn as much as you can before you start applying for Business Analysis roles.

Uhm, what I would have done differently would have been to avoid starting off with a technical BA role as my first BA role😅😅😅 but this doesn't apply here cos you have already gotten the job😅 What I would say to you is that definitely, being new is not fun. You have to sometimes unlearn and relearn depending on the way your company operates. But just have an open mind and be open to learning something new. Use your first weeks to ask all the stupid questions you have because then it would be that you are still new thats why. Also, you might feel overwhelmed at some point, but take it easy on yourself and give yourself grace from time to time

I’m in a situation where I’m almost done with my degree but because I chose to do one of those pay as you go schools I can’t get my degree till it’s paid but I do get a completion letter. My question to is can I land an entry level position while I’m still paying off my degree?
