We ran into Tim in Hollywood studios, and he noticed us point him out to our daughter who loves watching! He stopped filming to come over and talked to us so nicely. We sort of froze up, but he got through it with us. 😂 After he left, our daughter said “hold on. Was that real life?” Thanks for saying hello, even if we are a little awkward.
That is so adorable. So nice of Tim to come over and chat with you all.

The first couple years the contemporary hotel opened we stayed there for 2 nights. It cost around $29.99 a night. That was expensive since we were mostly staying at new Ramada inns for around $18.99 a night. I believe it was 1972. It cost $3.75 to get in Disney world.

I remember my parents discussing how much tickets were for our family of four - we were standing on the monorail platform. Eighteen dollars and something. I remember thinking - almost 20 dollars. Wow. That was a lot of money to an eight year old.
I remember those days. But we were also only earning $400/month.
@@norahjarman6156 I was 12 years old back then. My father brought home $350 a week. $1400 a month. House was paid for, new car every two years. He took us kids on some very nice vacations. We use to eat at Howard Johnson's for breakfast. Remember those? Breakfast was like 99c and gasoline was like 40c a gallon.

Your videos are just so real. I can’t even tell you how much I love watching them. It’s so awesome watching you guys try not to laugh when Jackson is running around being goofy. There is so much happiness and positivity in your videos. I hope you know how much joy you bring to peoples lives by just being yourselves.

Bananas are great with waffles--you can even heat them up in the skillet with a bit of butter to really bring out the sweetness--then Tim won't have to eat alllll of them 😉
The "ice puzzles" sound like a great summer activity for littles!
Hooooome Vloooooog! Boy, I'm old. I remember when a Farmer's Market was a bunch of farmers selling fruits and veggies from their farms, sometimes out of the backs of their trucks, and that was it.
THIS TRIP WAS PURE CHAOS!
Usually if I ever have a ton of leftover fresh fruit before going out of town, I just put it in the freezer. (Berries I just wash and put flat in a freezer bag, bananas I peel and chop).
My son LOVES his wagon! We use if all the time. Sadly he’s growing out of it because he’s just getting so tall but his little brother will hopefully love it as much as he did!
I loved making ice when I was little. He's a boy after my own heart!
My husband and I live in downtown Orlando, it was cool seeing you guys in our stomping grounds!
My nephew when he was little use to watch Rollie Pollie Ollie and I use to get that song stuck in my head all the time. He is now 21 and still remembers watching the show and playing with the toys.

I worked in daycare for about 5 years before moving to sped high school. I love that you allow Jackson so make mistakes and learn. And it always amazes me how intelligent he is. I have watched for maybe 10 yrs I can’t remember. But you guys are amazing people and sending you love. Congrats on your baby as well!
I work at a children's gym and we teach kids jump rope by putting each end in the too of a traffic cone and having then jump back and forth over it. It helps them with the jumping first
I used to put the flimsy ice cube trays on a cookie sheet...it's much easier to carry ;)

I liked the way Jackson climbed up his step stool, moved the red ice tray closer to the counter edge, stepped down and got the ice try.
I also noticed how organized the garage was.
That area seems SO cute!! I love that you show other areas! Im trying to move to Florida hopefully in the next year or so, so it's super nice to see places other than theme parks!

There are several farmers markets in the Orlando area so you’ll see the same vendors rotate around to all of them. So there would be plenty of opportunities for you.
I’ve only been to Disney World or Universal in Florida so it was good to see a different part with your visit to the farmers market. Jackson is growing and is so smart! And he’s super special- he was in Tim’s stomach and not Jenn’s😀 That was funny. Now for the girly girl things… liked Jenn’s hat & nail color. Fun fun video!

Tim, instead of eating all the fruit, just peel the bananas and put them in a zippy bag and toss them in the freezer. Same with all the berries. You can then add them to smoothies. Makes a great afternoon snack on a hot summer day.
you can easily make smoothie mixes by mixing fruits together and freeze them. bananas are actually great for that

Oh you guys are at my favorite resort, I first stayed there when I was 8 years old in 1974 I have such wonderful memories there. Yes I agree with others I freeze blueberries, raspberries and blackberries all the time. Plus I think you can freeze bananas too. I love them frozen because it makes your smoothie nice and cold.

Great to see you guys doing all this awesome stuff. Man your family sure has changed over time. One thing I noticed is Jackson only goofs around on the letters when his finger slips. Then its already messed up. He has such an interesting way of looking at the world and you can tell he has both of you in his personality. He is for sure a daddys boy lol but you can see both of you in him.

I haven’t been the the lake Eola farmers market in yearsss! I don’t live far either but now I MUST go for the BBQ & the coffee place y’all rave about. I need to stock up on coffee since my hubby & I will have our first child in a couple of months so I know I’ll need all the caffeine!

I LOVE Farmer's Markets, especially for the fresh produce (a big, seasonal thing here in NJ!) - haven't been to one in a LONG time, and I MISS it!! Seems like an awesome downtown area! Your lunches, and desserts, looked SO good! ROTFL at Jackson's laugh when you asked him if he had your same brain. Hey - nice that you can call a stay at the Contemporary a "staycation"!

silicone molds are easier to handle if you place them on a cookie sheet. Those look so fun though... I know this is way after the fact, but for future reference, make a couple smoothies with all that fruit and freeze them; or take the fruit with you as snacks. Just some ideas. 6 bananas in one day I would be so sick and it is possible to get potassium poisoning from too many bananas

I cut up bananas and toss in the freezer when we have to head out for vacation so I can make banana bread or smoothies when I get back. Works for raspberries and blueberries as well!!

TIM .... freeze the fruits! Make smoothie bags(like, put the amount of fruits you would put in a smoothie, in bags and freeze them so you just have a portion when you want to make a smoothie)

I thought for sure when Jackson took off with your luggage that he was going to go empty it! I remember when my son was little he emptied out his already packed suitcase and filled it with stuffies.
I started peeling and putting our bananas in the freezer. They go bad so fast and got tired of wasting them. Freeze them and use them for your smoothies
