Jackson’s pregnancy videos were hard for me because I was trying to conceive and not seeing any success. I’m now 4 months pregnant with my miracle twins and I’m so excited to follow along this time ☺️. Congrats!

Jen, I just want to thank you for being so open and vulnerable in such a public way. Growing up, I was taught (like so many of us who are 30+) to bottle up my feelings, etc. And there was so much stigma around mental health and therapy. And so it took me a long time to recognize what was happening with me. And had I had more role models, like you, who are just their authentic self, not afraid to show their emotions in a healthy and positive way... I think things would have been a lot different growing up.
So thank you. Having followed you guys for a long time now, I'm just so happy to see the journey you guys have been on and where life is taking you.

My mum had me at 39 too! Despite all the "geriatric" concerns I was a healthy baby and I've loved having such a wise, kind mum. I know your children will feel the same, you are both so amazing and I'm so happy for you ❤

My mom also passed at 39. I went through similar feelings when I was 39. I celebrated the heck out of 40... God's blessings!
My wife and I were tying for about 6 moths and it wasn’t happening. So we decided to stop trying and book a trip to Japan. Needless to say we never went to Japan and now we have a 6 year old.
I'm child free so I don't normally care about pregnancy announcements outside of my niece and nephew. But I was truly excited when you announced your first pregnancy and enjoyed following along with your journey. And I'm so excited for this one. You two are truly wonderful people and wonderful parents. And your baby is truly blessed to have such a loving family to be born into.

I love how curious and supportive Jackson is about his new sibling; I also love how you explained the pregnancy to him. Still, it was laugh out loud funny when he asked "why did you eat that baby?" He's going to be learning so much during these next 8 to 9 months.
If you move Jackson, do it earlier in the pregnancy and make it a big deal about promoting him to a big boy room. It helps keeping him feel displaced.
With my oldest, referring to our baby and letting my son be part of the process helped him be so excited to take care of our second. He was such a helper. And he and his sister are super close.

I’ve been watching Tim and Jen for years and see the adventures before Jackson was born and now to watch him grow up makes me cry! Now Jackson going to have a sibling I started to cry even more watching this video because I remember Jen talking about how hard it was to get pregnant I’m so happy for you and your family Jen!!! Thank you and your family for always being there through these videos and sharing your life with us im so happy for you guys and can’t wait to see what the future holds for you and your family!! Jen! I lost my Mom at 18. She was 45 and I could never see my life after the age she passed away. It happens so often when your Mother is gone. I’m now 59 and every day is a huge blessing. Girl I love you!
Same here. I lost my mom when I was 20. She was 53. I'm 51 now, so I'm close to her age when she passed. It does weigh on your mind.

Oh Jen, I know how you feel. My mom was diagnosed with cancer when she was 37 and my sister died at 38 and I just turned 37. I’m thankful healthy, knock on wood, and I understand that fear.. that’s the beauty that just cuz it happens to our family doesn’t mean it will happen to us. Stay healthy 💕

Jenn, I’m so happy for you, Tim and Jackson. My dad passed away when he was 62 and my mom when she was 69. I am 53 so I know I will feel the same way as I get closer. We tried for so many years for our second baby and he was actually born on the day that my dad had passed away, many years prior so his birthday, July 8 is special to us for all of the reasons that you are grieving and happy at the same time. Wishing you much love and a comfortable and successful second pregnancy!

First time I’ve been excited about a ‘stranger’ having another baby. I went through infertility prior to both my children being born so this really hits home for me. My kids are 13 yrs apart and worth the wait. Congrats!

I’ve been in an accelerated nursing program for the last year while still trying to manage a life with my husband and 5 kids so today was the first video I’ve watched in a year. Jenn mentioned “the announcement” and craving pizza so I had to come find this video. Congratulations! My daughter just let us know that they are expecting last week. She and her husband are expecting a Christmas baby. After having three miscarriages in the past year, they waited to tell everyone until she got to her second trimester. Praying 🙏 for healthy babies for all .

Congratulations! Your mum will be so proud. My grandma passed before I met her at 36, and I am now 36. It’s sad, but my mum is still with us and watched me and my sister grow. As for sickness, I have a boy and girl. I was sick with both, but more so with my girl. It was not fun!

I was pregnant with my first when you were pregnant with Jackson and am currently 11 weeks pregnant with our second as well!🥺 we struggled with infertility as well (although not as long as you two) so both babies have been the biggest surprises and blessings ❤️ I hope you have a healthy, smooth pregnancy!
I understand what you're feeling! My mother passed away when she was 29, and I always had this thought that I wouldn't outlive her. But my first baby was born the year I turned 29, and then I was able to let go of those feelings. Congrats to all of you!

Congrats guys, I'm soooo happy for you. And Jen, your feeling is so extremely relatable. I have had this feeling with my father who's health had been fluctuating over the years. His father, my granddad, passed away at 54. his brother, so my uncle, passed away at 57. The men on my father's side of the family didn't reach 65 for over 100 years in all the generations. So I've always been anxious that a sudden heart attack would rip him away from us. Now, today, he is 71 years old. Getting older, but still in good health. And even though it keeps us anxious about what can happen, it really helps the entire family to cherish life so much more. I wish you and Tim, Jackson and the new baby the best new life togehter and for sooooo many years. Thank you for sharing, for being an inspiration, and even knowing how to touch people's hearts on the other side of the world. lots of love from The Netherlands.
