Living for almost 8 years now in Portugal and still getting that amazing feeling of being there. I live in Setubal but always worked in Lisbon. I have been in many city's in the world but Lisbon got that special thing that is not easy to discribe in words. Just go to Lisbon and walk. Don't search for things on your mobile, but get surprised by taking a left or right turn. 😉

@@RenataPereiraTV i don’t think so. I come from a charming city too, Amsterdam , but believe me , Lisbon has got it all. Not too big, like Paris or London , a nice mix of Latin Europe/ Africa / BRASIL , great restaurants and nightlife, beautiful architecture , a rich past and….a great weather climate.

@@RenataPereiraTV I always stay in Campo Pequeno and I like to take walks starting from Avenida Republica all the way to Praca Commerco. If I were given a chance to live there I would definitely stay in Saldanha if I can afford it or in Campo Orique area

My wife and I watched your 6 part series before heading over from Canada. Great job.(and yes, as others have pointed out, your hubby seems like a very entertaining individual.😃) At the 16:15 mark of this video you can see right where we stayed back in May of this year.(Far left you can see the corner of the building) What an amazing city. Cosmopolitan, multicultural with plenty of sites to see and shopping galore. Bairro Alto lived up to its reputation.Had a blast two nights in a row. 🎉🎊 Alfama was super chill with great views. Sao Jorge Castle was better than I thought it would be. Again, great views of the city. Cannot wait to get back next year.🙂♥️

In a certain type of mill they used to make olive oil and that's what the name means. And that's why everything is swimming in olive oil..
We really loved Portugal, we stayed in Bairro Alto and walk so much, still want to come back for a visit in the future. Our next home will be in Yangon, Myanmar please come and visit.

For all of those planning to visit Lisbon, pay close attention as Renata does a remarkable job in terms of giving many useful tips or simply pointing out main locations in the places she visits. @@RenataPereiraTV Dear Renata, in Belgium almost everything is open but there are still Corona measures. To enter a restaurant or pub you need a CST pass Also in cultural centres, for example. Outside on a terrace, on public transport, only mouth masks are compulsory. Abolish the corona measures like Denmark, Scotland and the UK that is not yet the case in Belgium.
lisbon is the first european city that i visited, back in 2018, so it's a memorable and magical city for me, love the history and slower pace life there, i disagree on tram 28, as a tourist, i feel it is a must try, it really goes past a magical route through alfama

@@RenataPereiraTV Moscow was amazing, one of my favourite destinations (slightly trailing Istanbul and being just ahead of London, Singapore and Barcelona). I like to study every destination before visiting it just like you do and seeing places in your videos really helped in deciding to visit some!

@@RenataPereiraTV not yet, but it's high on my wish list. Perhaps I would have visited by now if there hadn't been for the pandemic, but since its breakout I really slowed down and focused on travelling around my native country 🇧🇦 Certainly before I go I will watch again your videos on it :)

@@RenataPereiraTV Dear Renata, in Belgium almost everything is open but there are still Corona measures. To enter a restaurant or pub you need a CST pass Also in cultural centres, for example. Outside on a terrace, on public transport, only mouth masks are compulsory. Abolish the corona measures like Denmark, Scotland and the UK that is not yet the case in Belgium.

lisbon is the first european city that i visited, back in 2018, so it's a memorable and magical city for me, love the history and slower pace life there, i disagree on tram 28, as a tourist, i feel it is a must try, it really goes past a magical route through alfama

Most people miss the proper experience as they’re standing in the crowd, more concerned about their belongings 😕. Once I was so squeezed that all I could think about was getting out.
