Thanks for all the great knowledge on the new 300k battery. Love Bluetti because of you. Now I’m thinking of adding the 300k battery to my Bluetti system.
Lots of capacity there. Think I might look for an extension to put under de Max. The -K pack is a bit too wide for that. Some angled cable would make it better to route the cable.
10:00 When the B300K is fully deployed and you leave it that way for a longer period of 2 weeks because you are off grid a long time, the level becomes to low for recognised by the AC200Max. So it won't charge by the AC adapter when you on grid again. In that state, is it possible to charge it through the DC input of the AC200Max so it becomes alive again? Other video with a AC300 state's that you need a B300 connected also to charge it through it's DC input and leveling the battery voltage to get it live again. It would be great if you want to test it on the AC200Max only.
The b300k will charge from the ac200max by either AC or DC input unless the B300k is turned off. If it's on it will work fine. The Max cannot wake it up. I hope this helps
@OffGridSolarSmartHouse Thank you for your quick response. When the battery is deployed and kept that way for a longer time after auto shut off at empty for saving the battery, the B300 or the B300K battery voltage degrees to low so the extension won't be recognised anymore! The risk of having a dead B300K is there and can be mitigated if you have a B300 and use that DC input for charging it and levelling its battery state with the B300K so that one becomes live again also. If you don't have a B300 and only a B300K, can the AC200Max be used to charge the B300K by its DC/ Solar DC input if it is not recognised due to a to low battery state of the B300K.
So as you know I’m running two separate AC500 systems (12kw=3 B300s + 1 B300 / 9kw=3 B300) I love bluetti however I’m not going to expand further due to their competition offering similar capacity and capabilities but at a lessor cost. WDYT?
have you ever had an issue with the bluetti solar generator? I ordered one but just today was reading reviews from lots of people who had issues and didn’t get proper support.
Hi just bought the AC 200L plus B 230 and a 6 circuit reliance transfer switch have not unbox yet can i ran the 200L off transfer switch i hear u caunt let me know i would like to go off grid with this unit
That's great. I thought the same thing when i got my power station. I figured if I can run extension chords throughout my house what can I the utility company do?
Why did you not use the 30A output of the AC200Max to energize the transfer switch? I don't know the rating of your switch, but you have quite a few circuits on it.
This is a really great question. When deciding on the switch I cheaper out thinking I only have a few breakers on my old home anyways. I should have invested a few more bucks but oh well lessons learned. It gives me a chance at having two transfer switches.
@@OffGridSolarSmartHouseI totally understand. Oftentimes, you are just excited to get it working and not thinking about maximizing the capability. I was impressed by how much load that small plug was handling. You do have a nice setup as configured.
@@OffGridSolarSmartHouse Yes, I have one wonderful device. I’m just very upset and I cannot get another one. Can I run a B 300 S with a standard B 300 on my AC 200 max.

Thank you. You still have the Ac500? The new B300k is compatible but you can only mix and match so many.
Great video Andrew! Thanks for posting.
Thanks for the love brotha
Great video! Lots of good info!
Thank you thank you

Yeah, I'd like to see a newer version of this cable so it's not so bulky.

@JdZ-2023 are you asking if the B300k is completely dead, no battery to even turn on how do you charge it?
@@OffGridSolarSmartHouseYes indeed.
@JdZ-2023 this is a concern I have also. I'm not sure to be honest.
I need another battery for my Ac200Max for the winter.
When I picked up the B300 it was over 2k. It's crazy how far prices have come in two years.
the B300 K is on sale for $999 during Prime Day (October 8-9, 2024)
@banditkitty2743 that's a really good deal. Thanks for sharing
Great overview. So the new B300k is missing charging options? I saw on the Facebook chat that the new battery is using higher density cells.
That's correct. Yes, the new battery has better cells allowing for more life cycles and weighs less.

You have a massive system. I think the B300k is Bluetti being more aggressive towards their price point.

In the early days it was a bit different. Now I hear they are really good and they bumped the warranty up a few years

How are you liking the Ac200l
I have no set it up yet will let u know i busy working tks love your Chanel
@maryblack8766 thanks for the support.
Notice how the B300k is backwards because they put the connections on the opposite side. Same thing will happen even with new AC200L

Thank you. Yes, I'm currently having to balance high watt appliances like the microwave not running while the air conditioner is on.
There goes more of my money. Owning Bluettie is getting expensive.
I was telling my pops, it's never enough.
Tell me about it lmao
@user-pb8cp2xe7x it's turned into an expensive hobby.
Don’t forget the part where they discontinued the B 300 for that battery so now you’re paying more money for less power
The B300 is cool because you can charge it multiple ways. They shouldn't have discontinued it. They can have multiple types available.

You can't mix the b300 with a b300s with the AC200max.
