If you had a 24 volt system you do even better IMO.I believe the Bluetti can take up to 28 volts Max. @ 8.5 Amps. I just bought a variable power supply which puts out 30 volts @ 10 amps. I'm going to run the Bluetti with the power supply in the jack where the solar is connected. I've already tried this experiment with my smaller Variable power supply which is around 30 volts @ 5 amps and it extends the battery time. The EB3A thinks I'm running max solar but its really my power supply running like an extra batter or just a solar panel. BTW ive tried to run my 5000 btu A/C but the compressor's surge it more than the Bluetti EB3a can handle. I have an Ecoflow Mini that I'm going to try this summer with 2 ebike 36volt batteries.
Yea this is a 4000 btu ac but if you drill some holes in bottom its keep water from slowing fan down helps a couple extra watts. Why my 6v golf cart batteries are 210ah each and I have 6 of them and going to get 2 more. Those plugged into my inverter then rv plugged in that 4000 watt inverter so the whole RV gets power and just have BLUETTI for the window ac unit and its plugged in to rv so it ends up taking less wattage out of my battery bank so I can run AC and 50watt 12v Fridge Freezer all night unit next morning then my 1200 watts of solar and 100amp charge controller takes over charges my RV bank and BLUETTI to run all day free Air Conditioning and then get free ac and Fridge all night.
@@supremeautomotive6749 sounds good i wish i had 1200 Watts of solar im lucky if i get 500 watts with the 200 watt and 3 100 watt solar panels with a 30 amp charge controller .Its good for what i need it for but will get more prob this spring or summer. @@mannyfragoza9652 its probably because you are using 2 different size solar panels. You need to have around the same volts and amps on panels to get full wattage
