awesome. I hope, if you visit Shelter Cove again, that we run into each other. I'm a classical musician semi-retired now (work on weekends in San Francisco still) in Shelter Cove.
Nice! I stayed out there last week and loved it! You guys didn't visit the brewery? It has the best view of any brewery I've ever been to, and cool live music to boot!
Amazing reel... As my pic suggests, I am a cellist now living in Arcata and will venture to Shelter Cove on one of my walk-about... should I bring a cello? I have a travel instrument as the others are too $$$$.
It is quite an amazing and breath-taking place. You said there was only one cafe in Shelter Cove. At that time, I believe Surf Point Cafe hadn't opened yet. It is now - closer to the light house. If/when you go back, you should check it out. You won't be disappointed :-) And yes, the deer are not shy if you approach slowly and respectfully: th-cam.com/video/Yp9gvcLg9tM/w-d-xo.html

Wow beautiful video I’m glad I found your channel
I've only been here once and can't wait to go back again! So few videos exist of the little town. Thank you for adding yours to the collection!
