get a Titan fuel tank. stock location . they are massive !!! 220L in canada not sure what that is in gallons, my truck gets 1600 km to a tank towing
How come you have to drop the tank and modify the stock pump?

Hey man i like all your videos i have a question i have a 2007.5 cummins 6.7 megacab dually i just put a fleece cp3k modified pump im looking now to put a airdog lift pump but not have my mind clear in witch to put its all stock just deleted the egr and the upgrade cp3k pump dnt have a tuner or nothing yet should i get a airdog 4g or 5g and about the gph will b really apreciated if you give me some light
The airdog 4g 165gph and an excellent unit that can support up to 800hp. Unless u plan on running a crazy setup will be perfect. The airdog 5g is excellent too but aimed slightly more toward the performance side. Either way u won't go wrong

So the 5g 165 is not available just yet. But wtf! You plan on making 1000+ hp? If not, thats wayyy overkill.
They'll have it down the road, yea 220 is but at same time it's a on demand pump so any excess fuel not used is just returned to the fuel tank. But if I ever wanted to expand down the road I won't have anything to worry about.

I used to live in Ontario and diesel was stupid then . And now when I talk to my buddies back in Canada I can’t believe the prices . Far left Terrorist Trudeau has destroyed that country . I’m out in Nevada and diesel has definitely gone up since they rigged our elections and got TRUMP out but we are still somewhat ok . When TRUMP was in I payed anywhere from 2 bucks a gallon to 220 . Now we are at 330 340 a gallon. So compared you im doing ok I guess . Still sucks tho knowing Canada and American can produce our own oil instead this importing bullshit
Airdog lift pump is 100% worth the upgrade! Had a airdog 2 4g 165gph on my last truck and was well worth it!

When Fleece came out with their intank lift pump I jumped all over that and never looked back. Just didn’t want a noise maker on my ride.
That place you go to work on your truck is it like a rent by day bay or what

They're called auto hobby shops, they had them when I was stationed at Camp Pendleton. Back on the day I think it was like $10-20 to rent a bay for the day and any tool that you needed. They also had ASE certified mechanics there to help you if you needed it. I didn't think the hobbt shops were still around.
Pendleton still had one when I got out in 2017!
It's auto hobby shop. So most or some military bases have these auto shop bays where they can work on there own vehicles for a small fee. They provide all the tools and equipment needed, lifts, etc

Oh almost forgot that my Fleece puts out 21-22 lbs of pressure and with one pump you 11-12 pounds that’s plenty to run a stock truck and you don’t have cut any holes in the bottom of your tank.And I do have the filters a Baldwin water separator at 5 micron and after that I have a cat filter at 2 microns and at the factory spot on the motor I have a Baldwin 5 mircron so I think my fuel is as clean as your go to get it !!

Yes u can. The lift pump isn't applying more power. U can run these pumps on stock trucks. It helps your fuel system
Please don’t prefill you filters with dirty diesel , just bump you starter 2-3 times and it will your filters with clean filtered diesel .
? Airdog instructions even say u can prefill the filter. That fuel was fresh from the pump.

No u don't have to use any sealant.

I didnt use the fuel return sump on my 3rd gen. I had the return going to the top side of the tank like on this one. It doesn't make a difference which one u use really is preference

No it doesn't but u still have a wif sensor under your hood on the stock fuel filter
I put a Fleece twin gear motor lift pump in my tank and one runs off factory harness and the other runs up to battery with a fuse and rely. So that is the best of both worlds if one pump goes out you have a second pump to run off of till you get you life time warranty and it drops right back in fuel tank and I put a gauge on mine to watch the pressure on the lift pump
i won’t buy another airdog for a longggggg time. Had 2 in a row not even 5 months old take a crap all started with the super loud noise then died. Put a fass on never had a issuez

I hear people randomly say that but never had a issue with my airdogs and I've heard same about fass and people switching to airdog. I can only speak on airdog and I love them

U will have to modify the stock pump regardless if your gonna run a sump or not

For those hoses, is friction enough to keep them on? I’d be worried about them loosening without hose clamps, especially under the tank
they are extremely tight haha never had one come off. they are actually hard to slide on. have to lube the hoses to help

Did you install an block off plate for the stock fuel filter? I have a 2012 6.7 with a single fuel filter in the engine bay and was curious how you omit it with an airdog
No i didn't. When u install the airdog it runs around the stock fuel filter. The stock fuel filter is no longer needed
I hated the hotshots secret. Seemed to plug everything up on my hotshot truck diesel clean made a huge improvement on mine.

Good job on the video man, I do have a question though. What's the benefits of installing a sump? I'm purchasing a lift pump this week and struggling on the decision of a sump. The thought of a hole in the tank with all the crap weather and salt from winter here has me kinda worried lol.
Thank u, so basically the sump is ensuring you will never run in to a 1/4 tank issue where if u got less than a quarter tank u will never have to worry about running out of diesel. It was mainly a older truck issue back on the 2nd gens. The sump being aluminum and the fittings they are very corrosion resistant. U don't have to run a sump u can just use the airdog draw tube that will come with the airdog

I put the fleece in tank on my 14 cummins. Yes the tanks suck dropping on the long beds too. I sure miss the hobby shops on base. My favorite was Ft Carson they had everything even a paint booth. I retired in 2013 miss it. Keep up the work brother trucks looking good.

Need some ADVICE!!! So i have a 2016 Ram 2500 6.7 Cummins full delete. i recently added a smeding diesel 363 turbo with the exhaust manifold, also has after market intake manifold, full egr delete after i did the tunning. Now i feel a crazy laggy when i try to accelerate. I feel the lag then all of a sudden it kicks in after a few seconds of floring it. I keep hearing to upgrade to cp3 and then fuel injectors. What would you recommend in this situation?
The 363 won't spool as fast as a stock turbo but if it's a real bad lag u might want to look into your tuning
