Include lot of compound exercises in your routine. Walk atleast 5k steps per day. The more the better. 5. Track your volume and Progressively Overload it 6. Good Sleep. See visible result in 6 months. Note: If you're extremely skinny without any belly fat, you should be in 200 - 300 calories surplus and on maintenance calories on your rest days.
