    Hey YOU, beautiful person reading this...The truth is you are confident and good enough already with who you are, where you are at and what you have right now to have the success you want in life. Don't let others define what “success” is for you. Get up, learn that skill and go after it! I believe in you so much! Have an awesome day! - Love, Nat ❤️

    I find the 5am club concept fascinating because I am a practising Muslim and it’s an obligation to pray our morning prayer before the sun rises. We are literally being forced to wake up early, it as if God purposely set us up for success. Great talk, thank you!

    • @67oldcoach
      @67oldcoach ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Yes! It is recounted in the bible that Jesus rose before sunrise to pray, it is also Buddhist practise to wake well before sunrise and pray and Hindi practises emphasise the importance of the light of the rising sun to reach one’s eyes.

      I love not being " forced" to do anything. Being forced to do anything makes me want do the opposite. That's Extreme religion for you i guess.

    • @wata8096

      who forces you, if there would be a force, everyone would pray and would not have a say in that, if you do not, it will have consequenses thats the only thing, like if you do not pay your rent, no one will force you, but guess what? you will be homeless, the same matter is with prayer, without it you will not gain paradise. so no force, but consequenses, like everything in this world has.@@strumminfuel4625

      @@strumminfuel4625the way he said being forced to wake up before sunrise to pray. Actually, it’s a blessing not being forced I won’t use that term “being forced”, it’s a test from Allah if we follow his orders for r not, and that’s the best time in Islam to cry and ask Allah anything while others are sleep

    I came across this video at a rock bottom point in my life. I realized that subconsciously I was living out traumas which resulted in me hurting the person closest to me that I love. I literally cried during watching this video because I literally felt certain things that Robin and Jay said that touched my soul deeply. I got the book and I am going to dedicate myself to becoming a part of the 5 am club. I have some healing to do and thank you for showing me at the very least the path towards my healing. This video has started the process of changing my life and gave me answers when I didn't know what to do or where to begin so thank you.

    I am amazed at the coincidences that I caught this session today because for the first time this morning I got up at 4:54 and instead of sliding back under the comforter, I finally decided to give the 5:00 AM meditation a try. Had wanted to do it for some time but did not have enough oomph in the morning, and I journaled to introspect motivated by Julia Cameron’s book on overcoming writer’s block! What an amazing session! I would like to join the 5 AM club. Your interview with Robin Sharma was very inspiring! Thank you, Robin Sharma and Jay Shetty!

    This CD has three separate relaxation/meditation sessions on it th-cam.com/users/postUgkxzpa8CIfZcihW4Z0F_ja0QF3W9KIatrsq guided by a very pleasant and direct male voice. Unlike so many other products of its type, this CD does not have bad synthesizer music, does not feature a phony or affected style of narration, and does not make any bogus claims to be subliminal or to re-train the brain or any of that balderdash. What you get is 1. a guided meditation for getting into a pleasantly relaxed state of body awareness while taking a stroll (superb for those easing back into a fitness routine slowly after an illness or injury) 2. A nice long breath-awareness relaxation session that if followed diligently can put you into very deep states of full-body relaxation and mental calmness, and 3. a buddhist-inspired meditation session designed to help you develop and maintain feelings of loving kindness toward not just yourself and your friends, but toward people you don't even like. The CD makes no claims to be designed for advanced meditators or for buddhists or hindus/yoga practitioners looking for very deep and esoteric stuff. It is geared more toward the average person who just wants to develop the habit of relaxation and stress relief through natural, healthy means. him, if you happen to be reading this, keep up the good work fella, and I love your accent. I would also like to note that I have never fallen asleep while listening to this product. I would like to kindly suggest to the reviewer who said this CD makes him fall asleep, that he might want to get checked to see if he has a sleep disorder, or if he is simply not setting aside ample time for restful sleep at night. A healthy person getting adequate rest at night should be able to go into deep states of mental relaxation without dozing off, if not all the time, then most of the time.

    The early morning thing is enjoying a moment. Mell has 5 4 3 2 1. Hal has the Miracle Morning and this fellow has the 5am 20/20/20. This is not a new concept, but it is a very helpful one.
