I remember back in 1993 went to Singapore with my late father who was brought up in Singapore spent few days in Singapore crossed the border to Malaysia alot cheaper ec pat sikh communities have left Singapore to vancouver Canada hope you have a great life
We travel to Msia all the time, just spend our Winter season holiday their. Love KL, already miss it after 4 days being back in the Netherlands. I want to live in Msia Insha Allah our time will come. I don’t like Dubai or any other UAE state. But Msia stole my heart. I can’t wait to be back in Msia ❤

KL is definitely right up there with one of the best cities in the world! We considered so many places but we just haven’t found something as special and with as many of our ‘wants’ as KL. Of course it differs from person to person but for us, KL is a fantastic all rounder! Everything under 2 thousand pounds per month in the centre of KL with all the best amenities and facilities the city has to offer, that’s a steal. Was just talking to a friend who is currently living in London, rent alone is a little over 4 thousand pounds a month and her apartment is probably 1/3 of yours now. ☺️

I'm happy you choose Malaysia as your second home. For my opinion, Malaysia is a good travel hub for any travellers in South East Asia. Its located at middle and strategic to travel around South East Asia. Your can travel anytime you like. Even, having dinner in Bali and coming back to Malaysia for your roti canai for breakfast. 😂

Wow, that place is amazing. Crazy thing is the rent is 1/3 of what I pay here in Los Angeles, and I don't even get half of those amenities. My wife is Filipino, and we had decided to retire in the Philippines, but lately I have been trying to convince her to think about retiring in KL instead. We still have about 15-18 years before that time comes, so anything is possible lol. We are both big foodies and love the India, Chinese and Malay influences on food in Malaysia. I can't wait to visit KL on our trip to the Philippines this year. I am so interested to see KL up close. Your channel is an instant Subscribe .
Aww thank you! Yes the rent is such good value for money and the amenities are a dream! We've been to the Philippines too and although it's a beautiful country (still really want to check out Palawan!), we knew we would struggle to live there. Malaysia really does tick all the boxes for us, English is widely spoken, the malls and infrastructure are fantastic and KL airport is a great airport. Ok Fine. You've convinced me to move to KL. We live in Putrajaya and find this city to be too quiet for our kids. There aren't that many things for small children to do here so we've been thinking about KL. I am glad I came across your channel.

Where we are is great because we’re so close to the city but still have privacy and the calm surroundings. Malaysia is like Durian, you either love it or you hate it. I've lived in Malaysia for 6 years since 2016. I loved it for 4 years until covid came and Malaysia showed its true self to us, expats, that we are never welcome, we are always a 4th category doesn't matter what religion we have, and that with many other reasons made me move to Indonesia which I'm in love with now. I hope you'll enjoy your journey there and don't take anything for granted.

We have found the UAE to become very money driven with the cost of living becoming extortionate, even for the many who’ve lived there for years and have grown with the economy. You absolutely should! Malaysia is amazing. And yes there's so much in the way of excellent accommodation throughout the city. One really is spoiled for choice. As far as job opportunities go, it's something we haven't really looked into. Compared to the UK, wages are significantly lower so the ideal scenario in my opinion is to work remotely. Earn internationally and spend in Malaysia! Public transport is great we will be doing a video all about that soon! Thank you for watching and following, our journey to success!
Great video! Do more…and the KL Tourist board should just sponsor you for doing such a great job promoting the country. We’ve spent time in Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand…and we should definitely make a trek to KL. Be very careful with that open corridor you mentioned…if you’re going to live there long term with a kid. Perhaps it’s not shown in the video, but definitely needs a higher barrier. Thanks again!

Malaysia is an all-rounder country.. not perfect but compared to other South East Asian countries.. it is the best country to live.. pretty low-cost living, good facilities and infrastructure, amazing food, easy to find halal food for Muslim people, of course, nature is one of the best in Malaysia

KL is definitely right up there with one of the best cities in the world! We considered so many places but we just haven’t found something as special and with as many of our ‘wants’ as KL. Of course it differs from person to person but for us, KL is a fantastic all rounder!

True, ordinary Malaysians simply cannot afford to spend that much in their own country! That is luxury.
Everything under 2 thousand pounds per month in the centre of KL with all the best amenities and facilities the city has to offer, that’s a steal. Was just talking to a friend who is currently living in London, rent alone is a little over 4 thousand pounds a month and her apartment is probably 1/3 of yours now. ☺️
It’s really crazy! We’re so grateful and blessed to be able to have moved here! We definitely understand that this is still above budget for a lot of people but when compared to the UK, it’s incredible what you’re able to get for your money here!

Wow, that place is amazing. Crazy thing is the rent is 1/3 of what I pay here in Los Angeles, and I don't even get half of those amenities. My wife is Filipino, and we had decided to retire in the Philippines, but lately I have been trying to convince her to think about retiring in KL instead. We still have about 15-18 years before that time comes, so anything is possible lol. We are both big foodies and love the India, Chinese and Malay influences on food in Malaysia. I can't wait to visit KL on our trip to the Philippines this year. I am so interested to see KL up close. Your channel is an instant Subscribe .
Aww thank you! Yes the rent is such good value for money and the amenities are a dream! We've been to the Philippines too and although it's a beautiful country (still really want to check out Palawan!), we knew we would struggle to live there. Malaysia really does tick all the boxes for us, English is widely spoken, the malls and infrastructure are fantastic and KL airport is a great airport. Malaysia is like Durian, you either love it or you hate it. I've lived in Malaysia for 6 years since 2016. I loved it for 4 years until covid came and Malaysia showed its true self to us, expats, that we are never welcome, we are always a 4th category doesn't matter what religion we have, and that with many other reasons made me move to Indonesia which I'm in love with now. I hope you'll enjoy your journey there and don't take anything for granted.

It offers much more diversity with a very strong Islamic and accepting community. We have found the UAE to become very money driven with the cost of living becoming extortionate, even for the many who’ve lived there for years and have grown with the economy.

You absolutely should! Malaysia is amazing. And yes there's so much in the way of excellent accommodation throughout the city. One really is spoiled for choice. As far as job opportunities go, it's something we haven't really looked into. Compared to the UK, wages are significantly lower so the ideal scenario in my opinion is to work remotely. Earn internationally and spend in Malaysia! Public transport is great we will be doing a video all about that soon! Thank you for watching and following, our journey to success!

Great video! Do more…and the KL Tourist board should just sponsor you for doing such a great job promoting the country. We’ve spent time in Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand…and we should definitely make a trek to KL.
Be very careful with that open corridor you mentioned…if you’re going to live there long term with a kid. Perhaps it’s not shown in the video, but definitely needs a higher barrier.

Malaysia is an all-rounder country.. not perfect but compared to other South East Asian countries.. it is the best country to live.. pretty low-cost living, good facilities and infrastructure, amazing food, easy to find halal food for Muslim people, of course, nature is one of the best in Malaysia
