Gordon added parts to Isaac like he was a Mr. potato head, and Isaac REMOVED parts like Gordon was a Mr. Potato head. Hiding the leg was an amazing touch.

The only thing that could make it better is if you'd had the scene an episode later where he gets stabbed and screams "DAMNIT THAT WAS A BRAND NEW LEG!"

The Kaylons all along we’re trying to make a practical joke! “These biologicals have centuries of literature where AI’s decide to kill them all.” They also have clarified their humor with statements such as “wouldn’t it be funny if that happened.” We will begin a genociadal war with the organics and halt it at the appropriate point to say ‘Ha Ha, got you.’ They will find it hilarious.”
