    Yessuh this the video i've been waiting for...I been following you for awhile, I rarely comment but I like your build and very curious about it. Im stuck between Max NA effort cause I road course my car 3/4x a year or supercharge it like you did. I know this video going to be good cause you did it yourself,

      Heck yea man! I appreciate you taking the time to comment on this video. I tried to give as much info as I could about my experience through the whole process. Quick note: do a max effort NA 416 or a 427. That’s what I will end up going with. Or just to a 2650 Maggie

    Bro, I am so proud of you. Taking your 1LE to that true next level of performance took a lot of courage...not to mention lots of money! But you did it! And I am proud to see the fruits of your labor!

      @@Stan1le Bro, TH-cam eliminated my old user ID and channel a while back. So all of my previous comments to your channel were deleted under the old email I used. TH-cam politics...smh But bro, you know I had to let you know that I am back! And still rooting for my brother up in the ATL!

      Courage? There’s nothing courageous about modifying a car 😂

    Buy a zL1 right off the bat? You would miss out on the privilege of building with your own hands. That’s invaluable learning!

    Lof of good info here. Thanks for taking the time to share Bro. I just did heads cam on my 22ss and i used Frankenstein LT4 heads to help simplify things when i pickup a S/C. I did the high side fuel system upgrade and e but after watching this, I may just do the procharger. I'm running the NW 103 throttle body and having issues with the car stalling. Hopefully, my tuner can get that sorted out. I did see where Katech posted on the camaro forums that they have plenty of stock LT1 rotating assemblies making 750 to the wheel and they suggest that is the limit on the cast pistons. Again, thanks for sharing.

    • @Stan1le
      @Stan1le  ปีที่แล้ว

      Procharger is definitely a good option as well. My 2nd tuner was eventually able to get the NW working great, no crazy issues now.
      As far as 750hp on stock internals it is possible but not for long. No matter what you sitting on a bomb and that common knowledge. People have pushed high HP out of stock LT1’s but they never last. Why not build the motor and not have to worry?

    Been running boost on my 2016 2ss since new starting with a edelbrock 2300 and now the Edelbrock 2650 the last 4 plus years at 8 psi the stock bottom end hasn’t been a issue after all these years. The caned tune has had a couple adjustments over time but All is good now 609/587 carb legal. I do feel your struggles bro. How’s your charge temps? Try adding a .016 nos jet in the vacuum line to the bypass valve.

    • @Stan1le
      @Stan1le  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The 2650 was a godsend for the stock bottom end! Keeping the boost at that level you will never have any crazy issues. I just know a few people around 10psi and that’s where my concern starts. I’ll have to look into that idea; I honestly haven’t done enough to diagnose it yet. Just living with it🤣

    I have a question you’re doing a great job explaining but when you say no it’s not worth it you’re forcing it to work with an LT one I don’t know maybe I’m a little confused on the SS platform can you get a stock SS with the supercharger added on meaning of ZL one so is that not an LT one is it completely an LT for when it comes to a ZL one ?

    • @Stan1le
      @Stan1le  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No a LT4 supercharger is designed to work specifically on a LT4 car utilizing a different manifold pattern, different sensors and engine harness. So you are adapting this supercharger to work on a LT1 based car that does not have the same connections. It works; my car is proof of that, plus many others, but it is not the most efficient way to do it. There dedicated aftermarket kits for LT1 based cars that are easier to get running and almost no “trial and error” needed. Doing a LT4 will NOT save you money or be easier to install. That’s the point

    Hp tuners sir it's what I use and everything is working and very easy to use. I am a little confused and upset how the 6 gen camaro does not have a 2step but the 1le have it factory.. even with the hp tuners there's no option for a 2step . I will be doing the MSD launch control system I have to admit I don't like the msd system but don't have any other option as I have a 1ss..

    • @Stan1le
      @Stan1le  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      HP tuners is fine, just dialing in the tune specifically for this setup can be more challenging. That 2step will be fun though!

    Dude your so wrong, come on a extra port, LOL!!!!! It’s not a extra port it’s just a larger port job..it’s stage X !!!L. When you port a blower your just opening it up, and the operating comes in stages your talking about STAGE X , basically a race port job..and yes the air may slow down at lower RPMS ,but when your spinning it faster it’s able to push more air..:)..

    • @Stan1le
      @Stan1le  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yea you took my words the wrong way. Obviously there isn’t physically a extra port inside the blower. But you got it
